I don't know how this place has a 3.5 star! This was the absolute best McDonald's I have ever stopped at. We have 5 kids and travel fairly often so McDonald's has been a visited many times in different city and states. The parking lot is tiny but the food was fast, fresh, and correct! Would 10/10 eat here again if we ever come back through!

Everything was tasty and fresh, truly surpassing my expectations. The service was quite good as well, with a rating of 4 out of 5; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process seamless. Never going back here and I work less than a mile away. I've never gone here and gotten a correct order, something is always wrong. Asked for no onions and got onions (they literally make me sick), asked for diet Coke, got Coke. The owner is never around, the manager doesn't care and it reflects on how the staff treats the customers.03.29.24... made the mistake of going back.There's a ridiculous line at the drive thru....Place is perpetually understaffed and can't handle the business they get. DO NOT PULL UP AT THE DRIVE THRU! The Iuka McDonald’s is notorious for asking customers to pull up to the rail or to one of the numbered parking spots when going through the drive through. The issue lies in the fact that it affects their drive through numbers, which they are candid to share. That’s all that they care about – not that you are a paying customer, or that you shouldn’t have to pull to the side and wait 10 minutes more for your food. Their sole focus is to ensure they have “good” numbers, so that their owner and manager can hit the appropriate metrics to receive bonuses.
