McDonald's - Carta

Food was okay. Service was nice along with the normal McDonald's atmosphere. It is at a very convenient location for me since I'm staying at hotel nearby for work. This location definitely comes in clutch.

The lady working the drive-thru is what this place needed! She was a joy to interact with and the food was correct and hot so no complaints there!Kid-friendliness: They have a small indoor playground/slide!

The people that work there are terrible! Depending on who is working, you may or may not be able to order breakfast around 4 to 4:30. Bad time to swap menus! Need to swap earlier! I've watched many people drive off because they can't wait on there way to work.

Something was wrong on all of our orders. I asked for BBQ sauce, but no. My husband asked for mayo, but no. My kid wanted apple juice, but no. The fries were cold. The food came fast. Almost too fast. The play place smelled terrible and every surface was sticky. It’s not always this bad, but today was pretty bad. 3/10. Bleh.

if you go in the morning.. the morning MANAGER is RUDE AS HELL!!!! i asked one simple question about my order and he popped off to me saying he knew what he was doing!! beyond pissed me off! i couldn’t imagine how he treats his EMPLOYEES!! i’m truly sorry if you work there dealing with him because if he’s rude to customers i can only imagine how he acts towards his employees! I placed a mobile order for curbside pick up, the app took my money and but had some issue. The manager working refused to refund my money or give me my food that I paid for. I showed him evidence I paid for it and the code I received. I honestly believe he should be fired or demoted. He was extremely rude and hateful when I asked him to explain why he wouldn’t do anything about it.

**Parking:** There were plenty of parking spaces available for both handicapped and regular customers. **Kid-Friendliness:** I noticed that they still have a PlayStation in the restaurant, which really excited me! Those playgrounds inside McDonald's make a huge difference for our kids, and I wish they would bring them back. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** Yes, there are wheelchair ramps, but I would like to see automated doors installed for wheelchair and disabled customers.

The restaurant seems uninterested in accommodating your order preferences. They often push what they believe will save you money, and if you're hungry and tired, you might just accept whatever they offer. Unfortunately, when you finally get home and start eating, the food tastes like boot leather. When I spoke to the manager about it, she dismissed my concerns! I'm considering reaching out to the Associated Press since they connect to every news network across the country. I'm even thinking about pursuing legal action! Ver carta
