"I always get a caramel macchiato most mornings. I always get it revised. Well I was in Virgina working and stopped in Wise, VA. The lady at the counter was nice because me and coworker went yesterday evening for McFlurries. So I asked for no caramel and ifthey had low fat milk or 2% . This lady came over rude no it comes like that as if she had a bad morning. I asked her areyou alright are you good? She said yea are you all smart. I go to McDonalds faithfully but this lady should not be in CustomerService. If you have problems or have something going on leave at the door because your attitude or rudeness on someone else isnot hospitalable. SHE SHOULD EITHER BE IN THE BACK MAKING FOOD OR SOMEWHERE AWAY FROM CUSTOMERS WITH THAT ATTITUDE.The rest ofmy stay in VA I 'm either going to Starbucks or Wendy 's. Thank you for listening to my concern."
