Extremely slow. I wish this place would just go out of business.Another disgusting diarrhea dead-area dump.

Food is less than best. Far overpriced for the standard basic fast food . I really distaste the fact that you never have the fries filled up.

Told to pull forward when I was the only person in line. I only ordered 1 item. After reading these other reviews I see why. Very fraudulent at the customers expense! Ver carta

You get your food after 45 minutes but the foods cold because it’s just been sitting no explanation no reason. The service is always trash and never have I ever gotten my food in under 20 minutes! I order 2 sandwiches and a fry…. How hard is that to do???

Well what can you really say bad about this place? Well this is what I think! Good food for sure but I just hate the fact that the prices are stupidly high and the quantity just keeps getting smaller I just don't get it. This is supposed to be a staple of America right?

The second window at this restaurant serves no purpose except to instruct customers to pull forward. They implement this strategy to maintain low drive-thru times, but I've experienced being asked to pull forward even when there was no one behind me. When a staff member comes out, they have to ask each person what they ordered, which leads to a disorganized system and poor service overall. Ver carta

The people on the speaker were too busy laughing with one another to take our order correctly. After the 5th correction, it was finally accurate on the screen. The girls were sarcastic and disrespectful as they laughed through their errors. We pulled forward for them to walk out our order, which was wrong the first, second, and third tries. After three attempts we cut our losses and just ate what was given to us. Will never return to this location.

Long wait to place an order inside. After waiting 45 minutes without receiving our food, we requested a refund, as some customers had been waiting over an hour. The staff was extremely short-handed. Two customers left after paying because of the long wait. I felt sorry for the manager, who fell and hit her head but still stayed on duty when she should have gone home. I've had slow service here before, but this was the worst experience yet. I won't be returning.

It seems that the drive-thru takes priority at this restaurant. We waited inside for 25 minutes for our order before we decided to ask for a refund and leave. I was driving a truck and trailer and didn’t want to block the drive-thru. In that time, I noticed more than 20 cars getting served at the drive-thru. It wasn't that they were overwhelmed; rather, it appeared that in-store orders are processed after all drive-thru orders, regardless of when they were placed. Next time, I'll have to opt for the drive-thru to avoid this hassle. Ver carta
