If your going to be in a 24hr truck stop you need to be 24hr as well. Because there is people that drive through the night, and not just truck drivers!!!!!! Ver carta

It consistently takes 25 to 30 minutes to receive your order. This has been my experience every time. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

Some individuals seem to lack pride in their work. They should be grateful to have a job, yet it's often the younger ones who clearly don’t want to be there. If that's the case, they should consider finding something else. Ver carta

This McDonald's inside the Pilot Travel Center was a pleasant surprise. I expected the usual mediocre fast-food experience, but the food was actually hot, and everything tasted like it should. Service was quick, and the staff seemed friendly enough despite the constant rush. Perfect for a pit stop when you need a familiar food fix on the road.

This was the worst! Waited 30 minutes for our food. Everything was cold and the fries tasted like they were a day old. I never recieved our sauces for the nuggets and when they were finally given to us it still wasn 't the right sauces after I repeated myself multiple times exactly what sauces were needed. While waiting for our food the cashier told us he was sorry the crew was chatty today! Service: Dine in

This location doesn't even deserve one star, but unfortunately, I don't have another option. First of all, the front cashier really needs to improve her customer service skills. She seems disengaged and even acts disrespectfully in front of customers. I've been to many McDonald's locations across different states, and while I've encountered some that weren't great, this one is by far the worst. Every McDonald's should ensure that their staff receive thorough training in customer service and proper behavior toward their superiors. Ver carta
