Erica and the other members were very kind to us and the food was hot, fresh, and thoroughly cooked thank~you. I love the morning staff here! They make me laugh so much. I usually go to the wrong window because I am half dead in the morning. But they are usually really funny and if there is ever an issue they have always offered me my money back or a substitute. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this McDonald's, which I believe is the worst one I've encountered in my 15 years of working as a store manager for McDonald's in California. The staff seems completely unaware of the standards for Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value. It appears that the owner/operator is indifferent as well, or else they would have addressed these ongoing issues by hiring a manager who takes pride in their work. I've faced numerous problems at this location, such as receiving incorrect orders and not having lettuce on a Big Mac. You name it, it seems to happen here. It’s truly frustrating! Ver carta
