"I had seen quite a few negative reviews about this McDonald's, but I had a fantastic experience there this morning when I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The woman at the counter who took my order was incredibly friendly and seemed to connect with many of the regular customers, taking the time to learn about their lives. It was a wonderful display of excellent customer service. Some of the staff even greeted everyone warmly. My sandwich was prepared quickly, served hot, and was delicious. Thank you for a great experience! I definitely recommend this restaurant."

The restaurant was busy, but they maintained a clean and organized atmosphere. For the first time, they served me my very strong drink correctly.

The McDonald's on Main Street has really impressed me. Everything was neatly packed in my bag, and the girls at the window were wonderful. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the McDonald's near ETSU. I live closer to that one, but it's such a disaster! The road to the main street McDonald's is definitely worth it.
