The fries came fresh from the fryer, the burgers were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Our grandkids always request to go to McDonald's!

Gave our food to a different vehicle. Waited over 20 min. Walked in and they had to make everything again, they didn't know we were sitting out there

We just visited, and honestly, this was the best food I've had from McDonald's in years. I did encounter a minor issue with my order, but it was resolved quickly—I received my corrected sandwich in about three minutes. Mistakes like this seem to happen often. I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe, and the cashier either says they can't make it, or the kitchen, out of habit, just makes a single. To top it all off, they made me a completely new sandwich instead of just fixing the old one. Kudos to the staff on April 25! Ver carta

First off, I needed help today for a technical issue and I asked for help about 3 times before the manager just told me to wait very rudely and then proceeded to not ever come to the front counter. Also I ordered extra ketchup on 2 of my burgers and there was none at all. I have had multiple times that they didn’t give me my fries that I paid for. And the red head night manager is very creepy and close to me all the time. This place has terrible customer service and they get the food wrong most of the time. Not impressed.

Really BAD, BAD attention, how is it possible that they say that it is impossible for them to add extra something? In this case, I asked for a caramel frappe and they said that you couldn't add extra caramel, so I told you that how was it possible that in the app you could But when ordering in the establishment it was different. What is different? I'm still going to pay, I didn't want absolutely anything that happened to Macdonald's staff for free? Do they treat customers with so much contempt, racism? Poor pay ? Bad manager? Or all together at the same time I would like to give it 0 stars

I usually don’t write reviews, but when a customer service worker says, “I’m not stressing myself to make other ppl happy” I will. I was the first car in the drive thru with one other car. He told us to “wait” no please. Then proceeded to have us sitting there for 10 minutes. When I asked politely if I should go elsewhere, I was met was a very shameful attitude. I genuinely just wanted to know if I should go elsewhere as I was in a hurry, and this mc Donald’s worker proceeded to get mad at me and stated that he is short staffed and will not stress himself out to make others happy. First of all, if customer service stresses you out that much, that not the job for you. And your job kind of is... Ver carta
