"Man! Man! Man! You need to checkout this place! The portions first of all are on the generous side! The flavors are literally a festival in the mouth. The tea is unbelievably flavorful! The customer service is top notch! My first time in this place and I recommend it to all who want to travel to the authentic Ethiopian experience that will leave you pleasantly surprised and happy about your decision to dine in at the GS Ethiopian restaurant! I’m writing this review after my meal and I’m not even blotted! I’m going to be a return customer! Nate and his Mom are very calm, peaceful and welcoming people! Take my word for it, you won’t regret visiting this place! I’ll be back. Nate you are the Man! Keep up the good work. I’m bringing friends!!!"

"Bad service I walked in there and the man at the register had already started staring at me. I was looking around to find somewhere to plug my phone due to an emergency. I got in line two ladies were in front of me ordering. Therefore I walked over to the plug and as I was plugging my phone the man started to shout. Hey I turned and he began to say something I could he was not fluent in English. I asked him to repeat himself and he did and said Who said you could do that I was very confused as it was a restaurant and all restaurants I 've gone to allow me to charge my phone. I told him I 'm sorry I didn 't know I had to ask to charge my phone at a restaurant . He looked me up and down with a disgusted face and I was wearing very baggy clothes then he said, You need to leave . I grabbed my charger and walked out. He judged me by the way I dressed."

"Today, we ordered the carnitas plate, chicken milanesa plate, a chicharrón taco out of curiosity, and table-side guacamole. First off, the guacamole on the plates is very limited for those who prefer more. I understand they have to make batches, but even our waitress mentioned that she struggles with portions, which was a bit disappointing. If we ordered the table-side guacamole for an extra charge, it shouldn’t be about skimping on portions; it feels like they’re limiting the experience. Even a simple option to order something other than the pre-made guacamole would be nice, especially considering we went for the table-side version! Overall, the food is generally quite good. However, today the carnitas were very dry, and the chicharrón taco was just a drier version of the same meat, so it wasn't the best day for those dishes. On the other hand, the chicken milanesa, which can be hard to find, was excellent, and the fried potatoes made a great side dish. I'm not sure why my carnitas dinner platter didn't meet expectations while my girlfriend’s did, but I was glad hers turned out well. This place is always a fun outing, and the food is generally quite good. They even welcomed us with our dog, who was part of our day out. Give it a try; it’s definitely worth it. As the server would say, "Until tomorrow? Why not!""

"I had a great time here with excellent service and delicious sushi. The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, I was disappointed with the tempura in the bento box; it was more batter than actual tempura. That’s a significant issue for me. The picture in the menu looked fantastic, but our dish didn’t match that quality. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would return to try other items."

"Uh…YUMMY in ma tummy. Say what? Vegan food done right! Yea, ya heard me. I said vegan food done right! I have tried many versions of jackfruit tacos and the ones served here are absolutely incredible! They have just the right spice and texture, in fact, my dad thought they tasted like pork! Hahaha…seriously, likely the BEST jackfruit tacos in LA county. Woot, woot! Their lemongrass tofu entree is the bomb too. Oh and did I mention their fries are fire! I really wish that I live much closer to this amazing vegan restaurant! Those of you who live close by are SO lucky!"
