Mcdonald's - Carta

Polite staff and my order was correct. That's all I require from McDonald's.

They know that you're going to their restaurant, so they seem to shrink the portions and charge more, feeling secure that you won't choose another place. I rarely visit and regret it every time I do.

Went inside because the drive thru was super busy but I stood there for a good while and was ignored. To top it off there was a male manager in the front showing another employee how to load a machine right in the front as well as many other employees coming and going. They never looked up. McDonalds makes pretty good fries and burgers but, the service is really not good. One time, we were eating at that McDonalds, my mom went to get her drink and could've slipped and paralyzed herself because the floor was so wet?! She tried to do the janitors job because he hadn't done his job and got yelled at by the manager who was not doing his job so yeah!

Called McDonald's asked about getting 40 sausage biscuits, the next morning for the crew I work with , the manager said no problem , so fri morning I call just to be sure they had them ready the lady said they would be ready by 545 , , walked in the was very polite the morning manager said they se n t her a message nite before , ,Thanks ladies great job , crew was really happy

the only reason I visit this place is because of my grandchildren. the commands are constantly wrong. Today my last visit was. we drove through the drive at night and didn't know that they forgot until we came home. we stopped today and ordered something for our grandson and let them know about the missing people. I asked jose, the manager in the service if he could throw only one drink instead of the missing french. he refused to do it because I didn't call last night. I really want to try not to get back to this place, remember how a manager can get a customer unhappy about $1. Ver carta

We went through the drive thru late night and didn't realize they forgot fries until we got home. We stopped back in today and ordered something for our grandson and also let them know about the missing fries. I asked Jose, the manager on duty if he could just throw in a drink in place of the missing fries. He refused to do it because I didn't call last night. I really plan to try to not go back to this location. Mind blowing how a manager can let a customer leave unhappy over $1 drink.

I've been there a few times and decided to leave this review after my most recent experience. This time, Sue Dages, who is usually the sweetest lady, was her delightful self. However, before I even reached the second window, a young lady handed me my bag without a word and nearly threw it at me. I can't help but wonder what happened to the excellent customer service this location used to provide. I know this is one of the busiest fast-food spots in the city, and while I understand that can lead to frustrations, we should work as a team to ensure that all customers leave satisfied. It’s time to step up, McDonald's!

I like McDonald's it's always been good for a quick bite to eat. The service is fast and they keep the restaurant clean inside and out. The employees have been very courteous and strive to make sure your order is correct. They follow the recommendations for Covid 19 prevention. This restaurant's food is classic and loved by many of us. Their food is fresh and packaged well and the employees seem to work diligently to make sure of this and the management is always busy overlooking activities and making sure things are going smoothly. They are reasonably priced with their food and service is usually quick. They do stay busy because they are good. Thank you for your time. Ver carta
