"Great place, great food. My family and I go here regularly as the rest of them are vegetarian. Merit successfully breaks the stereotype that vegan food protein is missing, and that the only thing that vegans eat is salads and is hands down one of the best restaurants in Santa Clara County. Food: I had most of their menus and it never disappointed me. The variety of specials they always leave something new to try to bring me back. Some of their dishes lack gravity and can be very dry, so if you order more than one dish, make sure that at least one engraving has. My favorites are the Spicy Delight and the Golden era, of which I would highly recommend to get if you have never before in Merit. Your desserts are all milk-free and ice-free, but you really can't say it; my vegan dessert exploits cannot hold a candle to the cakes they bake. However, they are frozen and in a refrigerator in the dining area that I really do not like to see, but at least they are open about it. Service: Service is always fast and all service employees are familiar with the menu. All waiting times are reasonable and I have never been hungry to regret the waiting period. Staff really try to help what I can't say about many of the restaurants I was. The ambience: nothing to complain. Everything is well lit, and there is always enough room to eat. Overall: If you are looking for a vegan restaurant that is slightly different than usual, or just a good restaurant in general, Merit is and always at the top of my list!"

Excellent tasting pan-asian cuisine: Jain options can be customized. Staff is well versed in describing jain options that are available aplenty throughout the menu.

Very good vegan place. They have so many varieties in vegan good and sometimes its tough to decide on what to eat.. I love their rice paper dumplings. It's better to book a table if it's larger group.. Ver carta

Love the good food here and the way they are following all of the safety guidelines for to go/pickup orders. The food was great. We got wonton soup, spring rolls, fried wontons, pad Thai, Szechuan pineapple rice and a huge steamed bun. This steamed bun was the highlight of the dinner and it was about the size of a big Mac. I was intimidated at first with how to eat it, but it was so good. The spring rolls were good too. The fried wontons had a bit too much extra fried stuff for my liking.

In this kitchen felt a very fat Chinese influence. As a vegan I usually don’t like meat substitutes concentrated cuisine, but if you put the fake meats a page, you could enjoy the dishes quite. Although Papaya salad has not been modified to its advantage: too much carrot and no tomatoes, no lime and much too sweet: and why should you put deep fried fake beef strips on traditional Thai fresh green papaya salad? Curry was too hot though I didn't say sharp and greasy, but Tom Yum and vegetable soup were excellent! Large selection of large portion dishes and friendly service.
