"we order fairly regularly twice a month, we were satisfied overall. small preference for hamburgers! but for some time we have been calling 45 minutes before closing, and we're laughing at the nose to tell us that it's not doing anything and it's over. good ok once you agree, but at several resumptions you make it nicely stroll while there is time before the closure. It's a pity because it's our little pleasure, but at the level of quality it's diminished, even if it's still good but not exceptional."

"you have to love to be a little bit sloppy!!! you are welcomed by praise, the boss! A little, very energetic woman who doesn't have her tongue in her pocket! When she knows you, you're part of her family!!!! so, she's throwing you a little bit! but always with great benevolence!The buffet offers varied salads, cutlery and mixed entrances. very copyy!!! the choice of the dish is limited but everything is of quality. "Customers for a while and always satisfied, we are very disappointed this evening, the pizzas were cold (we give one star because we have to) However we live very close to the pizzeria (3 minutes). Unfortunately this evening we had a bad time, it 's a shame. We contacted them to report our dissatisfaction, they told us that the pizzas had come out of the oven on time and that this was impossible . When I arrived at the scheduled time, the pizzas were already on the oven and did not seem very hot when I carried the boxes, I hesitated to tell them at the time, I should have but Would that have changed anything given the bad faith of my interlocutor? "we come with family (5people) up to 22h on December 23. We're ordering at the terminal, I'm sorting out, not a good evening, not a smiling, the gentleman cashing and leaving without even thanking me. We are looking for a clean place because the tables were in a catastrophic state. We are sitting down, we wait 17 minutes!!! the mac do is absolutely not full and the team is large! I don't understand. I move to find out where our order is, and on a quick, evasive tone, I'm answering: it happens, sir...I'm re-patient for 3 minutes, still nothing.I'm moving back... "Yes, it happens, sir." I'm told... I'm taking my place. The 3 trays come: no sauces (no) no straws no salad lids no dessert of the little ones in the 2 happy mealles 3 big mag tièdes ! the cold fish ! the toilets in a nauseabond state ! the full trash with stacks of trays one on the other. No apologies from the team....A simple "yes I understand"The manager is as bad as it is frankly!?the longest mac do of france and the least representative of what we have known...Frankly a team to rebooster strongly .fidel client malgrey on everything."
