"Me and a few people recently dined in at Mido Sushi for the first time, we usually order take out. The food was amazing as always. But when it came to service I am extremely disappointed. We walked in about an hour to close and immediately we wererushed. The server put our menus in front of us then took them back again saying we needed to order right now and that thekitchen was closing. Which being in customer service in food we understood. She rushed our orders and forgot my friends food, Ihad to call her over to have my friend order. We ordered a ramen, 3 sushi rolls and a sushi pizza. After about 20 minutes ourfood came out and we ate, all the while the server looming over us every 3 minutes when there was another table of guests. Whenwe were leaving we got boxes for the food we did not eat and grabbed the check. I filled out the check and tipped what I thoughtwas a credible amount due to how insensitive the server was to us: almost forgetting my friends food, rushing us, staring at uswhile we ate. When she picked up the check she laughed and questioned my tip, she told me it was REQUIRED to select one of thetip SUGGESTIONS. At this point it was late and I just wanted to go home so we sat there for a five minutes staring at each otherwhile my friends felt incredibly uncomfortable as there was obvious tension. Instead of making a scene and escalating the issueI ended up tipping 15$ on my bill and my friend $10, we ended up paying over $100 for 20 minutes of eating and an insanely rudeserver. I left knowing I would never come back and have since told my entire friends and family about the situation. No oneshould feel forced to tip more than they can offer, what if all we had left in our bank was what we offered and it stillwasn’t good enough for her? My recommendation do take out so you don’t have to deal with this horrible situation like wedid."

best sushi I've had in a while. a hidden gem right near Mohegan Sun. every roll we had was so fresh and tasted top notch. pricing was well worth it!

This is a great sushi place to dine in with your friends and family. Good vibe, nice tap, professional workers, delicious food. Everything is great! Definitely recommend.

Food was delicious BUT portions were ridiculously small. Each entree was served with the smallest rice container I've ever seen. For $20+ each there should be more food, especially rice.

Had the firecracker roll it was very good and not too spicy. I also got the miso ramen, and THAT was spicy but delicious. Overall it was a great place to eat and the atmosphere wasn't too busy. Ver carta

The staff is professional friendly and accommodating, the bartenders and servers are exceptional my favorite that always is pleasant and goes above and beyond is Chloe and her running mate Hanna. I will return again. My thanks to all of them very nice atmosphere.

I found the place relatively quiet. The tables are somewhat close together but enough space where u won't bump into others. The food is good as well. The waitresses there seem to come by every 15-20 mins to check on you. At least that was how it was for myvisits there. They have an outdoor dining area. All in all I visit the place about once a month. The prices are fair for thesizes. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
