I got at the restaurant to get my to go order, bartender guy extremely wasn’t friendly. He waved me with 2 fingers that was meant calling me:/I told him thank you and no response! Why I should tip him?!

Haven't been in awhile so tried it again....some of the beer is pretty decent, but overall it's relatively middle of the road. The place has that old-school grimey portland feel. Take that for good or bad as you see fit.
