Milanezza - Carta

Nice ambiance and beautiful background music. However, the service was extremely slow; they lack personnel. Steak not best quality.

We had a very nice server, Cesar, but completely overwhelmed with the number of tables. It was not his fault. This is a management problem.

Nice dining experience with great service and delicious fresh tasting food full of flavor. There was an extensive menu selection so we look forward to returning to try different items. Ver carta

The food service experience is always nice But the ridiculous service charge per wine bottle is insulting We normally always have a bottle of wine with dinner but will never here again!

Neighbourhood ice creamery filled with locals. delicious, friendly and fast service, fun atmosphere, cute terrace. this place is a great option if they don't feel like the fight against Miami traffic. loved her dulce de leche dessert!

We had a lovely outdoor meal with friends at Milanezza. Our server, Alex, was attentive and patient. We worked together with him, since English is not his first language, and he did a great job! The food was very good, hot and fresh, and presented beautifully. Ver carta

what a surprise! very good food, but the best comes from the people who work there, alla are very nice and pleasant. we spent Christmas dinner, that was also 50 birthdays of my wife. we could not have chosen a better restaurant! we will be 100% in our next trip to miami (not easy to get from italy)

For a restaurant of that size, Milanezza is severely understaffed. The wait for service is roughly around minutes for each phase of the dining experience. Wait to be seated, min; wait to place drink orders, another min; wait to place food orders, another half hour. The wait staff is so over worked that they avoid looking at tables in order to not get flagged down. On top of that, we specificallly asked to be seated in the area with the live band, so we were seated on the other side with an obstructed view of the band. The food and drinks are amazing, but make sure to bring snacks or you might starve while waiting.

Although the food was good I just cannot get over the fact that the service was so incredibly poor. Things took a very long time to get to the table including the dessert which was just a slice of cake (how long could that take We were waiting for so long for things like water or our entrees that by the time we ordered dessert we figured it would be best to order it together w the check as to avoid further delays. We understood there was a large party at the same time as us but that does not explain how other tables that came in after us left much faster than us which had us thinking our server liked us so much she wanted us to close the restaurant with her.
