This was a really nice. The service was pretty decent and the atmosphere was nice. This is definitely a gem in a small town. The pizza was great and the wine was probably our favorite part. If you are in Laurel this is a place to check out. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

This was a first for us, we live in Hattiesburg and just don't get to Laurel that much. But we've heard about Mimmo's from a local radio station and wanted to give it a try. Wait staff was great even with the world series baseball rush in full effect. Everything we ordered for our table was amazing. The Cajun special is definitely a must-have! Not a busy night in this Italian restaurant but service was very slow and inefficient. Had to ask for place settings. Wine special on board was nice but there was none. It was our first night on vacation to Laurel, and we were tired, which meant it was pizza night. We were delighted that they didn't serve pizza, they serve PIZZA! Completely disappointed with this $30 dollar meal! 4 tiny ravioli covered in sauce for that price, no sides, nothing. Menu does not specify what the serving is. Manager repeatedly saying that’s what you ordered. Really Mimmos? Ridiculous! You got me this time, will never be returning. Poor service and false advertising. We loved Mimmo's! We stopped in Laurel on our way home for the last night of our vacation. We specifically wanted to eat at Mimmo's. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed. Some people were very casual, others were slightly dressed up. And our server was excellent. We're planning to go back to Laurel next year and Mimmo's is top of our list! Service: Dine in

Nice Italian restaurant in downtown Laurel! The food was good, not great and it was definitely pricey for the area. We did really like the ambience inside with a fountain in the middle of the restaurant. The booths definitely need to be replaced but we made it work.
