"We have been here several times and the food is always good! We went on Labor Day, 9/5/22, and they were quite busy but the service was still Fast and Very Friendly! We had the Lunch Buffet that was $10.99, so a great deal! There isn’t a huge selection, but there is plenty! Everything is always fresh and very tasty! Best Mexican buffet in the area and ordering off the menu is awesome. One taste and you will not want to leave!!!

Get the buffet if they offer it the day you are there. They really love to add the green chili's to stuff so be careful if you don't like em. Good food and good table service.

Have you ever been to an All You Can Eat Mexican Buffett??? If not…Mia Arcos in Carthage, MO has you covered! Tacos, enchiladas, endless queso salsa, taco salads, beans, rice, fajitas MORE. I was in heaven with all of the tasty and fresh options. Did I mention they had a 2 for $5 margarita special?? What a fantastic deal! 10/10 recommend.

Review update- Still 5 stars! This buffet is so good. They have white cheese dip, cheese enchiladas, beef/chicken taco and burrito fixings, chimichangas, soup, pork,rice beans of course and lots more. The service is excellent! They were busy but I never waited for a tea refill. I highly recommend and will certainly return! Original review- Awesome buffet Excellent cheese dip and it's on the buffet too!!!!

"I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant and give it a try. It's a unique little place with a variety of offerings, including artwork, cigars, and high-quality liquor at the front. As we made our way to the back, we found the restaurant decorated with metal tins and some of the artwork from the front. The wait staff was friendly and the establishment appeared to be clean. We received our menus and were pleased to see that the beef used in the burgers was fresh, not frozen patties. I ordered the hillbilly burger and my wife ordered the maple burger. We both chose the mixed fries, which included both regular and sweet potato fries. It took a bit of time to receive our food, but we expected that since it was cooked fresh. The burgers were a good size with generous portions of fries, but unfortunately, the beef patties lacked flavor. The hillbilly burger's pulled pork tasted more like pork roast than the expected smoked flavor. The sauce helped somewhat but could have used more. The maple burger was overwhelmingly sweet with the taste of maple syrup overpowering everything else. We had hoped for a more balanced maple bacon flavor. The sweet potato fries were a bit overcooked, but the regular fries were fine. Despite our experience, we plan on giving this place another chance in the hopes that it was just an off day."

"The staff at this restaurant exhibited racist behavior. My husband, who is black, overheard a staff member making disparaging remarks about him, assuming he had left the restaurant. We were visiting from out of state for a family member's funeral, and encountering racism in such a difficult time was unacceptable. It is important for the restaurant to ensure that all customers have left before displaying such harmful attitudes."

"I ordered the Special dinner. The relleno was quite good. The tamale and enchilada were decent. The rest were not very good. The salsa wasn’t good and the chips were old. During dinner, a phone rang constantly from somewhere. I’ve eaten at Habaneros in Carthage and it is orders of magnitude better. Don’t think I will be back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"The food is FANTASTIC! You just have to get past the overall noise level (roughly 15/10 , the screaming/shrieking child that has seemed to be present every time. (The screaming child is, obviously, not the restaurant 's fault. It seems to be very familyfriendly I just wouldn 't recommend for anyone with a sensory overload issue, though. 5 stars for the food, not quite thatmuch for atmosphere. Lol! Good food, good service hard to believe I had never heard of it, before."

"My husband and I went here for lunch this afternoon. We stood at the door for roughly 4-5 minutes before being sat, while the restaurant had less than 6 tables with people at them. We were sat, and promptly greeted and given drinks. The waiter was friendly and joked around with us. However, a group of people he knew were sat shortly after us, and thats where service declined. We had our order taken (2 people) BEFORE his group of 5 friends. They received their food about 10 minutes later, and we still had not gotten anything. We also received no chip or drink refills. That table was able to eat and pay for their food, and other tables that got there after us got their food. We ended up leaving before receiving our meal. We waited there 45 minutes before giving up. Not once did the waiter check in with us. I will never be back."
