"Kept giving pizzas to other people , and one of them would be my order . They don’t call your name either. Then they had to reprint my receipt. 1st time going and last time too. The manger got real angry when I asked what happen to mines a simple question , shoved receipt in my face asking what your order look like then puts the receipt down, finds my pizza and slides it across saying here . ? customer service can be better even for the manager, the rest of staff was nice though . But that manger need some angry management classes or at least 10 min break in the back to cool off . Anyways I rather just stick with Chuck E. Cheese pizza if imma get treated like this ??"

Quick and polite service the pizza was just okay nothing special other than the hot honey but you can't go wrong with mod especially if you are just trying to get a quick lunch

Food is always great even when room temperature, which, unfortunately, I mostly receive my food. This isnt a bad thing necessarily because the quality of ingredients is out of this world.

we ordered 2 big pizzas. on a personalized it a bit by swapping the ground beef for additional sausage and mushrooms. both were delicious and we enjoyed eating them. the staff was very friendly and helpful. it was my first time at mod pizza and I would recommend it.

The pizza had very few toppings and was quite dry, with barely any cheese. Some of the toppings I ordered were missing as well. I’ve had this pizza in-store before, and it was much better. I can't help but wonder if things are reduced when it's a customer picking it up.
