In recent months, I have encountered rather rude employees, a significant decline in customer service, and a drop in food quality. During my last few visits, my sandwiches were soggy and sometimes even partially cold. I would recommend steering clear of this place. Ver carta

the momma goldbergs I once loved as a student is now faded as alumni. poor service and a disappointing meal. a star for the best beer selection in the city. when I found this missing a reasonable amount for the employees, I received a non-helpful and cross-border confrontation.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The sandwich I had was delicious, though I think it would be even better with grilled cheese on the nachos. However, I understand that adding that could be a bit of extra work. The team really puts in a lot of effort and serves up sandwiches quickly. I'm looking forward to trying different sandwiches on my next visit!

Auburn staple! During my time in Auburn, I frequented Momma G's almost weekly. The "Dear Mother" sandwich is my favorite, but honestly, all the sandwiches are delicious. You can't miss the nachos either—keep them as simple as possible for the best experience. This particular location is one of my favorites because it's clean, more spacious than the original, and I feel like the service is a bit quicker here. You really can’t go wrong at any of the Momma G's in Auburn, but if you're looking for a historical and original atmosphere, then you should head to the Magnolia and Donahue location. Ver carta

I am not a review writer but I was so shocked at the treatment of the customer there that I have to post. I work in food so I understand some days you're understaffed and can't get to the customer right away. I ordered my food and went over to the bar to get a beer. Stood there for five ...then ten...then fifteen minutes. No service. The male employee refused to look at me and as soon as the cashier was done she went straight to making sandwiches rather than helping me at the bar. They called out my name for my food and still refused to look at me as I got it. I just grabbed my food and walked off. If it's a busy day or your beer lines are down...tell me, don't ignore me.

This pertains to the Thach location. I eat there about once a week because I love the food the location is convenient. However, after this last week, I will never go back. I will go out of my way to avoid this location. The staff has never been very friendly, so I take my food to go. This week they were outright rude. No smiles, no hellos entering the building (per usual). After ordering, my father spilled his drink mid filling it with tea. He went to the counter to ask for a towel. The girl said don 't worry about it I 'll clean it . After several minutes she put out a wet floor sign. Never offered him another cup (his broke in the drop). After getting our food he went to the counter again,...

I went here for lunch (Thach location) only person in the whole place because it was an earlier lunch. 4 people working. I ordered a sandwich and regular nachos to go. When I got home I opened my sandwich and nachos and my nachos were steamed and cheese melted. My sandwich was stale and boring. The meat was slightly cool and the bread wasn't steamed at all. I don't know how this happens when there is only 1 order with 4 people working. I should drive the extra few blocks to get to the South College location because if you mess up an order with 4 people working and only on customer I cannot imagine what will happen with more customers.
