"After a 30-minute drive, we were expecting excellent food and service, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The food was decent, but definitely not a standout. As for the service, it was the worst I've ever experienced. The waiter never came around to refill our water or check if everything was okay. When it was time to pay, we encountered another issue: the restaurant has a policy against splitting checks. We attempted to speak with the manager, but she was even ruder. It became clear that the waiter was just following her lead. I would recommend looking for another restaurant where you can enjoy both good food and service!"

Very unprofessional experience. I drove 20 minutes to this restaurant, arrived at 8:30 pm and was informed by the manager that they are closed and the owner made the decision to close for the evening.I am convinced that I was being discriminared against as other customers walked in of a different race and received service as I watched from the parking lot.Horrible experience.

Mona Lisa used to be one of those areas in Alpharetta that you could rely on for tasty, affordable food. Since taking new ownership last month, the classic food signatures are different, the famous bread is completely different and spongey, and the staff is asking customers to write on the back of a receipt how bad the food was, instead of actually bringing someone to the table to talk to us after we voiced our frustrations. We've been coming to Mona for over 8 years, and tonight was unfortunately the last time we will be coming in. Don't come in here if you expect your favorites. If I could leave a -0 review I would.
