Went there today. Our white meat chicken meals with coleslaw, biscuits and mashed potatoes were PERFECTION. How is the food so good every time? Friendly professional service with smiles. I think it's worth every penny for the quality of the food alone. Ihope these workers are adequately compensated. Ver carta

It seems that the chicken recipe changes ,,sometimes the batter is different lately. A lot of the wings have broken bones in them. Over priced, and the foods was nasty. The chicken was hard, and tasted like wood, with no flavor, the corn was over cooked or old, might be both. People stay at home, and cook your own meals, these cook is the same age as your younger kid/grandchildren, only they can fit is rum and coke, and a blunt. I want ? all my 37.00 back. Never again.

I was really disappointed with my sides and corn muffin today. I have been loyal customer since I discovered Mr Chicken back in 2016 when I first moved to Cleveland. All these years later even though I no longer live near, I stop by when visiting the city. The chicken was as always crunchy and delicious. The green beans left a lot to be desired. They just didn't have the usual flavor profile. The corn muffin didn't hold together well..extra crumbly. All in all A+ on chicken C- on sides. Ver carta

I will always be dried out huh completed a complaint form online and cried out the number that went to me via email on 2 weeks no further answer from customer service, I will never be patronizing was a over 30 years customer food quality has gone down. I checked my hair before I left, there was no possibility that I knew that the hair was drying out was just my look at it when my family and I tried to eat it was dried to even chew I felt we had replacement hair or got a refund, but we will never come back their firma not even try to fix this, and I see the only person I am not the only one who is dry

Just moved to Ohio and wanted to try something we didn't have in Florida, so drove past the KFC and Popeyes and went right to Mr Chicken! Today was the Wednesday special, I see it must be their busiest day! I got a 4 piece tender, biscuit, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, the biscuit was delicious! The chicken cooked perfectly, still steaming, and creamy mac and cheese. I received amazing service from Sonja I see from other reviews that this woman is an asset! Terrible customer service experience today 04/25/22. I went through the drive thru. I was not greeted when I got to the speaker. I asked for all wings in my meal and was told NO. Just like that,NO! No explanation why, just NO. I offered to pay extra and was still told NO “we don’t put all wings in the family meal.”Then she said something else(really fast) I didn’t understand what she said so I asked her could she please repeat. She did, but it was a tone as if I was bothering her because she had to repeat herself.
