"The staff were very friendly, but sadly, my food experience was one of the worst I've had at this chain. My cheesesteak was overwhelmed with pepper, had very little steak, and an unusual chewy texture. The other $9 sandwich was so sparsely filled that it felt like I was served an untoasted bagel. While it had plenty of toppings, they were mostly just salty. Both $9 sandwiches left me disappointed. I’d give this a 4/10 and don’t plan to come back."

Great breakfast had the big breakfast from the menu and could not finish it. I will eat there again next time I am in Harrisonburg.

My wife and I visited this morning and had a wonderful experience with Greg. He gave us great suggestions and we left with fresh/delicious bagel sandwiches and drinks. We liked it so much we went back in the afternoon to pick up more bagels. TheFrench toast bagel is a must have. Definitely a place to check out

I don’t get to visit Mr J's in person very often, but my family frequently orders breakfast by phone for pickup. Even though we live close by, our orders are always prepared and ready when we arrive. The staff are great and very accommodating with any minor or major customizations you want. What a wonderful experience! Ver carta

The food here is delicious and fresh. They use cage-free eggs and natural ingredients, and there's a wide variety of options to choose from. Most dishes are prepared in under five minutes and are made to order. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness—even the restrooms are tidy and well-stocked. I highly recommend this place for breakfast, though their lunch menu is impressive as well.
