Two medium pizza deal was perfect for our family with some leftovers for lunch the next day.

If you are ordering a delivery from Mr. Jims. Please be prepared of a long wait and cold pizza... never again. (Regret tipping before they arrived). Ver carta

I literally just waited for 1 hour and 35 mins for what was said to be a 35-45 minute delivery.Pizza was extra greasy and room temperature. Worst $52 spent ? waited that long and still had to settle for McDonald’s.

We order pickup. Said 15-20 minutes. It's been about 30 minutes. We are still waiting. Only one person working. The man working definitely had a attitude. I can imagine what it's like working late on a Sunday during nfl playoffs. But attitude was unnecessary. Again he might have been dealing with rude people because the neighborhood it is in. Placed a to go order for the first time! I’ve always stuck with the fast food pizza chains but NO MORE! I loved how the dough was fluffy and there was an even amount of cheese and marinara underneath. Also, it was not greasy like other pizzas! I normally pat the extra grease and I didn’t have to on this one! I dipped it in the garlic sauce. Ordered wings and had a good experience too!! Even the ranch was so creamy and flavorful. 10/10 will definitely be ordering again :

We usually go to Mr. Jim's, where the younger staff member always makes our pizza perfectly. Unfortunately, today the older gentleman—who I believe is the owner—prepared our pizza, and it turned out dry and burnt. We typically spend around $40 every time we order, which is a lot considering we could easily opt for Domino's instead. It seems like the focus has shifted from customer satisfaction to profit. By the way, we only order cheese pizzas, so he’s not even spending extra on toppings!

The owner/manager even suggested he could come to my house to retrieve the payment! No one wants a stranger showing up at their home over a $36 order. After receiving countless calls and texts, on the fourth day, they sent me a list of their store charges, including the last four digits of various credit cards used that day. This raises serious privacy concerns! When I called Mr. Jim directly, he seemed completely unfazed by the situation. He was aware of what was happening and was the one who provided my card details to me. It's beyond unusual for a restaurant to go to such lengths over a payment issue.
