"My wife and I did a mini tour of the top rated taco placed in the phoenix area and this place was by far the best. The taste of the al pastor and carne asada tacos was only matched by what we have eaten in the heart of Mexico. The restaurant is unassuming and casual. I love the luchador theme and think it 's charming. The atmosphere is appropriate for the type of cuisine and in my opinion, the best taco places have a feel just like Maskadores. If i 'm ever in the Phoenix area again I will come far out of my way to go to Maskadores."

Love, love, love it! Everyone was super friendly! They were bilingual and the food was amazing! It tasted home made like my mom's cooking! My kids also loved the luchador/wrestler decorations! They own the candy store next door too :

The owners were incredibly friendly and very helpful, and the tacos were fantastic! The salsa bar was just as delicious. I highly recommend the avocado sauce and salsa. The marinated onions were amazing; I could eat those on their own as a meal. Please consider supporting this business!

This place is 10s across the board. Been in Arizona for a week and on my last night here, this is the best food I 've eaten all week. My goodness, the chef PUT HER FOOT IN IT . Very pleased with the food and service here. If you 're in Arizona, this is the place to be for an amazing meal. Ver carta

We have ordered from this place about 3 or 4 times and, while the food is very good, it's not always the same (meaning if you order the same exact thing as you did previously, it won't always taste the same and that can be a little disappointing if you expect something and it turns out different. Their spice levels are definitely not the same between visits. Either way, it's pretty good food regardless so I can't complain too much lol

We recently realized we needed a bunch of food in a limited amount of time. When we called, they very politely thought about it and agree to get us the 2 dozen tacos and dozen enchiladas plus rice and beans that we wanted such great service warranted the 5 stars alone. On top of it, the food was excellent loved all of it and fed the whole crowd. Am looking forward to going back for a more traditional sit down experience and trying different menu items
