It was a nice bakery, but I don't appreciate having a car plow through the front of the store while I'm trying to enjoy my pastry. The food was still very good, and the shards of glass added an extra crunch.

They got good cake and bread but the pearls of the bubble tea did not taste like what I knew of. It wasn't sticky but slippery and it wasn't chewy and it tastes weird not getting bubble tea any more from there only recommend bread and cake.

I purchased a fish fillet breakfast sandwich this morning for $3.50. The fish was very small and slim, I wish I had taken a picture before eating it so I could post it here. The fish was only 1/3 of the size compared to McDonald's Filet-O-Fish. Ver carta

I used to frequent this restaurant regularly and always had a pleasant experience with the young lady who provided excellent service. However, lately, the older gentleman who now handles the transactions has a terrible attitude and lacks common courtesy. I am puzzled as to why the boss would hire someone like him.

The customer had a negative experience at the restaurant. They encountered a rude woman at the front desk who responded harshly to their questions. Despite being told there were no plates or candles available, the customer purchased a cake and asked for a candle with numbers on it. The woman insisted on charging $2 for each candle, which the customer reluctantly agreed to. When the customer mentioned that cakes were not delivered, the woman became defensive and started arguing. The customer felt frustrated by the interaction and criticized the woman's attitude. Overall, they were disappointed with the service provided.

I ordered a cake from this bakery 3.5 hours in advance, and they said they could make a fresh one, but I suspect I received an old cake. When I returned to pick it up, the show was gone, and it seemed like they were trying to deceive customers. The staff, especially the cashier, seemed dishonest, and the owner/manager should train them better. I would have been fine if they had just been upfront about not being able to make the cake in time. The strong food coloring they used stained my children's hands and faces for two days, as well as the hands and backs of the adults who ate the cake.
