Food good but employees are always cold and rude. It's a bold thing to say but I would not be posting this based on only a few visits. I go in there all the time. Employees are always cold and rude.

I got the combo rice. It was ok. Friend got the boogey burger and he said it was horrible. Looked like a frozen patty from Walmart. Had to take him to In N Out so he could get a decent burger. Wouldn't

The fried PB J is AMAZINGGGF!! But that's it lol. Fried ravioli was cold and the cheese was stiff...The fried cinnamon rolls used to be better the fries were really bad tbh. We used to drive to munchiez from the valley but this was our last time. Food quality has gone down hill. Ver carta

The Shrimp Dorado tacos were absolutely amazing! I couldn't believe how crunchy they were! They had fantastic flavor and a generous amount of shrimp. My nephews also really enjoyed their BBQ chicken fries! Overall, it was a great value for such delicious food that feels almost indulgent!

The atmosphere is extremely unfriendly, and the limited seating makes it clear that they don’t encourage you to linger. The staff member taking orders seems just as uninterested in being there. The food arrives quickly and might taste decent if you're completely inebriated, but it’s quite disappointing even when you’re only a little sober.

I will never use this service again! In May 2023, while staying at The Leta Hotel in Goleta, I placed an order for $60 worth of food at around 1:30 AM. The website accepted my order and processed my payment, but I never received my food or a refund. I have been unable to reach anyone at SB Muncheez, and the third-party service I used has also failed to make contact. To top it off, my credit card company won't issue a refund either. I'm extremely frustrated! I will definitely warn everyone I know to steer clear of them. The customer service is absolutely terrible! Ver carta

Place stated they closed at 2am. I ordered online for pick up and drove there to wait on the parking lot till my order was ready to find out the place was closed. When I got there 2 other people who had ordered food also got there and were complaining. I mean I wouldn't be making a review but my order was almost 80 dollars and it took my order but there was no one there like I want my refund.Update: I called multiple times no answer or the number was disconnected. I hope they refund me or I'll dispute it with my Navy Federal bank. This place should be reported for fraud and taking money from orders that they can't fufill

A SOLID 7-STARS! I came to this spot to dine with a friend because I had previously visited when it was still at the Showgrounds. I had fond memories of the delicious food, but this time, the experience was a complete letdown. The food quality was subpar, and the service was equally disappointing. To start with, my friend ordered BBQ Chicken Fries but ended up receiving Buffalo chicken instead. When he politely asked the cashier if he could get the dish he originally ordered, she responded with a firm No, you asked for the buffalo, even though that wasn 't the case.
