Service was way too slow! Unfortunately there were not enough staff on duty for a planned event. Food came out cold. We were very dissatisfied overall.

I went to see the band The Kennedy Compound play on Friday night. The music was fantastic! The host who greeted us was very friendly and the food was good. Ver carta

The food was delicious. Priced reasonably. Until you saw the portion size . Huge plates small servings. Our cats water bowl is larger then the side salad bowl.

Our waitress was very disengaged, forgot to bring us waters, no side plates for the appetizer and when the food finally came out, it was very cold cheese wasn't even melted on our burgers. Poor first experience overall.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has been declining in quality. The loud music makes it difficult to have a conversation, and the menu needs to be updated to include more exciting and healthier options. The jambalaya was a major disappointment as it was too spicy, overpowering all other flavors. It's a shame because the atmosphere is charming and the service is excellent. Ver carta

Called after making reservations to ask to be by the band. The lady said ok I will mark it by your reservations. Upon arriving we were taken to our table which was as far from the band in a completely different room. The waitress asked us one time after we received our food how things were. After that we never saw her. We had to ask the hostess for our check. The food wasn't that great either.

The beer is decent and the food is average. The staff is friendly, but can be a bit busy. The restaurant has a rustic barn-like atmosphere. We had reservations for St. Patrick's Day with a special request that they were unable to accommodate, so we were seated in the loft which was underwhelming. We visit this restaurant often out of convenience, but they are not doing anything beyond the typical suburban pub offerings.

Nevins was extremely Accomodating. I recently had knee surgery and really wanted to see the band the evening of St Patrick's Day ,and was worried that I would have to stand all night which would be very painful. I called and they allowed me to reserve a table and make sure that was ready when I arrived. I was very grateful that I was able to get out that night and grateful that they were able to accommodate my situation. Ver carta
