The food is excellent...and the service is top notch. This will be my favorite diner to go to.

Charming diner with a wide-ranging menu. We were in search of coffee and dessert, and they offered both. The chocolate fudge cake and strawberry cheesecake were delicious!

Very clean, very peaceful in the morning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I ordered 3 eggs plain, grits and dry rye toast due to the way I eat, so I'm not going to be a great gauge on how the food is... But it is a very nice Diner.

Friendly staff, great food, and pleasant atmosphere. Nice selection available for most tastes. Centrally located, easy to get to. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend. Went in to buy cream of turkey soup. Which is delicious. The waitress at the take out counter catered to every Spanish person and others need I say. As a black woman I felt degraded. I waited 20 minutes still she overlooked me. People should not be treated like this no matter their color. My money was the same color as everyone else. Management needs to teach his staff better. It 's really nice to have an old-fashioned diner experience. Being able to sit at the table over fries, a Burger, and a fountain soda, while chatting about life with a pre-teen is a great time and nice way to increase social skills. No, it 's not really instagramable , but that 's what makes it great! Vegetarian options: Tasty! Kid-friendliness: Great space to help younger kids learn how to sine out, besides fast food.

The food was incredible, but the service was absolutely dreadful. I requested the check along with a to-go box, but the server mistakenly threw away the food I wanted to take home. When I explained that’s why I needed the to-go box, she asked me, “What do you want me to do, fish it out of the trash?” I was taken aback. Then she added, “It’s okay, it’s still on top.” You took my plate, tossed it in the trash, and then suggested I could have it back from the garbage. Absolutely not.

We stopped for lunch after walking across the Brooklyn Bridge and it was a delightful experience! The restaurant had a cozy American diner decor and the service was quick, friendly, and comfortable. The menu was extensive, making it difficult to choose from so many options. In the end, we decided on an omelette and the Mexican chips with avocado dip. The chips were a bit pricey but definitely worth it - they were the best I've ever had. I highly recommend trying them! For dessert, we indulged in a cheesecake which had a delicious original taste and came in a generous portion size. Ver carta
