"They don't have a buffet anymore just takeout . The food is good and the prices are comparable to the area . The bourbon chicken is moist and tasty . The fried scallops are good . The soups are all good. I really like the spicy hot soup. We enjoy every time we order .. we hope in the near future they reopen the buffet .. DeWitt is a long way from oneida .. This place has turned into craptasric hole in the wall. The food has gotten progressively worse over the last 5 years or so, the place is dirty and the service is horrible.

Stopped in to pick up some soup. The dining room is closed as it is only pickup now. I could see into the dining room and there were feathers all over the floor. I never ordered because the place looked filthy.

I paid $50 for a takeout order that was completely incorrect. When I called to rectify the situation, I was told that I was mistaken and that I had received exactly what I ordered. What a disappointing experience! Ver carta

If I could give less than one star I most definitely would. The staff is rude and the food was absolutely disgusting, I understand it 's cheap Chinese food but the quality was worse than terrible. Everything was soggy, slimy and bland. I do not recommend this place at all.

Currently only takeout behind solid walls of glass, drywall, cabinets...no signs of opening buffet again .. typically only get the scallops...but they are golden, crispy and not greasy.The lunch specials seem a good deal; choice of 3 options plus either white rice, fried rice or lowmein ..all for $7.99!

"A cafe with great potential that doesn 't follow through.I paid $22 for the world 's saddest sandwich, a salad consisting of nothing but undressed spinach leaves, a croissant that tasted supermarket-bought and a Dunkin '-quality coffee that tasted overwhelmingly like chocolate milk, but still somehow overwhelmed me with caffiene. I 'm glad I didn 't get the $7 avocado toast, I 'm a little scared to see how it is.Suffering from an identity crisis, the place really wants to be a hip-stir cafe with innovative drinks and trendy food and visuals, and falls short of all those things due to its location clientele, one of whom I saw shocked and afraid when told they could put oak or almond milk in their coffee. I feel like the only thing that gets them through the door has to be the back the blue sign- they are people who don 't know what a decent cafe is, because a decent cafe doesn 't feel the need to bring politics into their food.If you want a real hipster cafe with good food, go 15-20 minutes to Utica Coffee in Clinton or Utica, or Copperccino 's, Superofficial or Spressos in Rome. If you 're stuck in Oneida, you 're better off just going to the local Dunkin '."

"What a great find ! Quiet casual atmosphere, with great food. The menu has lots of home cooking favorites to choose from. The burgers are amazing looking and based on what I saw, they are very popular. Almost every table had someone enjoying one in their group. They guy next to me had one version of their burger that arrived and was 9 high on his plate and when he was done I asked how it was, he said amazing I had the pot roast and that was a treat. Huge chunks of super tender beef in a rich gravy with carrots etc. piled high over a creamy mashed potato. Really a well made dish. My friend had a burger, she said was delicious. When you walk in the desert display is filled with lots of very tempting choices. They are just as good as they look. The chocolate chip cookies are so good. Our waitress was so friendly and quick. Everything about this place works and we will seek it out again. I want a burger next time! Ps had a side of Mac and cheese that knocked my socks off. If you like a casual American fare, with home style flavors you will not be disappointed going here. Not a big place maybe 10 or 12 tables. Some tables outside also. Parking was easy,"

"Awesome! Almost every time, and that's for real. My Beer Battered Haddock Sandwich for six bucks is the size of a dinner, and perfect always. So much of anything you want, all of the best original drive in food, but thrice as good as fast food! Real food at a real decent price. French dips, great local skin on dogs and burgers. Just a delicious and fun place. Nobody always gets it perfect, but Nicky comes close for what it is. Americana Food. This is as close as you can come"

"Portions were very small. The couple next to us got up and left right after they received their food and sent it back. I don't know what was wrong with it.Even though they were very slow, we had to ask the waiter for silverware, then syrup then something else.I won't go back."

"Second time here. First time service was awful. Decided to try one more time. Waited over an hour. No appetizer came. Main course came out after about an hour and 15 minutes and was wrong. Sent mine back and waited another half hour and finally gave up. Table next to us all but one person got served. They also waited over an hour. It’s a shame because the food is pretty decent once it does show up. Won’t be back again."
