Tartar sauce is a crucial accompaniment to fried shrimp. It would have been nice to be informed that you were out of it while I was placing my order. That's quite inconsiderate.

This is my go to place for late night cravings for 8 years! Food is consistently tasty and affordable even after the covid. My favorite meals are the Fried chicken wing and Beef with brocoli and fried rice. Excellent customer service, friendly owners and highly recommend this place

Ordered a delivery, got the food was still hot, but the boneless ribs were so dry almost like rubber or jerky, the general tsos wasn't that good and found a black piece of plastic Inside the food. I’ve been coming here for 25 years. This is some of the best American Chinese food you can get. I’ve been all over this country and tried plenty of different spots. New Times is some of the best, fairly priced Chinese Food. Nice people, clean place and always good service. Support this place and enjoy!

I ordered the sesame chicken with lo mein noodles and I will definitely be ordering it again. It reminded me of my high school days in Northern California. The sesame chicken was coated in the red sticky sauce that I love and remember so well! I highly recommend this place—plus, the owner and staff are very friendly!
