No Way Jose's Cantina

We were a little leery of a restaurant so close to the Aquarium, but the wait was minimal and food was absolutely delicious!

My whip got a kind of burrito the meat was so tuff that you could not chew it the waiter was not very helpful at all to never be in this restaurant again

not complaining. we sat immediately (Wednesday/Off season), our server shawn was prompt, polite and efficient. it seems that our order has arrived only a. Ver carta

came here with my team and we were so disappointed by the service and eating here. the drinks lasted very long and the queso was hardly warm when they stopped.

Food came quickly but failed the “authentic Mexican” promo in the menu. Never had sweet carnitas—not a pleasant surprise. “Fresh” salsa was a watery mess—chips were pieces—hopefully not previously served. Staff was friendly, beverages cold.

We were skeptical of a tex-mex restaurant that 1) wasn’t in Texas, and b) was in an area where we had not seen one person of hispanic ethnicity. Being from Texas, living in an area where there’s a mexican restaurant on every corner… and being a couple that eat’s at one times a month, we can ? this one. The food was excellent, the service was good, and the margs were ok. Only ?? on this place is they don’t have a patio. The Houston area need’s a NWJose’s… with a patio… it would do well. Ver carta

We always stop by here when in the Smokies. Dropped by on Sunday night. Was told there was a 20 minute wait. No problem. Was called up within 5 minutes. Waitress seemed to be nice and took our order as we had already made up our minds while waiting. Chips on table were greasy and salsa was watered down. After about 20 minutes we were given another basket of greasy chips. I asked about our food? Waitress asked again what number I ordered? Obviously she had forgotten to put our order in. Finally our order was brought to the table. Plates were red hot, but food was cold. Saw the manager take others food back and heard several complaints and apologies from staff. they told us it was a 30 to 40 minutes waiting, but it was only likely 20 to 30 minutes, so that this was a big sign of the dinge to come! our waitress got our drinks right away and stopped with them. they kept with the chips and salsa that were delicious. I think our table had three baskets. what made it even better is that we did not ask for the additional drinks and chips. she was there with them without even asking. she took our order super fast. the food was on our table with flash speed, and it was absolutely delicious. all four of us cleaned our tellers. the waitress was absolutely amazing and super friendly as well as efficient. the prices were very reasonable. our children ordered s...

If I could leave a zero star review, I’d leave two zeroes, at the least. This restaurant is horrid compared to the Gatlinburg location. Have always had terrible to mediocre range service when being seated at this location, so we switched to mostly sitting in the bar area the last couple of years. Generally, the bar area has better service, until tonight. Two male servers proceeded to ignore us time time again after I even tried to motion to them several times. I do not work there should not even have to motion to an employee to be waited on. We had planned to order more drinks ask for our bill, however, after 20 minutes of being ignored I finally just had to go get one of the bartenders ask... Ver carta
