Nobu Lanai - Carta

I'll never be able to thank the incredible staff at FS Lana'i for all they did to ensure my birthday was one to remember forever.

Beautiful secluded location on the very sparsely populated LanaiMany charter boats run from Maui and the local islands to this hotel.

Incredible view ocean front, awesome fresh fish flown in daily from Japan and the Kobe on volcanic hot rock was outstanding, melt in your mouth. Ver carta

We spontaneously decided to take the ferry from Lahaina to Lana'i and were pleasantly surprised. The island is peaceful, beautiful, and welcoming.

The Omakase experience was fantastic. All the dishes were delicious and the service was top-notch. The cocktails were also amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant!

At each, the omakase is way overpriced. The raw fish was good, but not exceptional. The wagyu beef had a string of tough unchewable connective tissue throughout. No way was this meal worth

Ambiance of the restaurant provided the quintessential Hawaii experience since it overlooks beautiful Manele Bay. The open-air design of the restaurant makes it also perfect for those searching for an open-air dining experience during the COVID pandemic. Food service were excellent. It was the perfect meal to end our honeymoon on Lanai!

The food was good. Unfortunately, when the restaurant charges high prices, they set a very high bar on food. One that Nobu was not able to reach. So, the food was good but at per person, you expect the food would be great. It certainly was not. The value that is, food quality for the price was not there. If you are prepared to spend a lot of money on a restaurant more than for people, you can do better than NOBU. Ver carta
