"Visited this location based on word of mouth suggestions. Vey easy to find with plenty of parking available. Also, there’s a drive up window to pick up orders from, which is a convenience. After dining in here, the best way to describe the experience would be that it’s a couple of notches above a fast food establishment. You walk in and immediately order at the counter. All ware is disposable including a cup to get your own fountain drink. You give them your name and a server brings it out to you. There is no waiter making rounds and you clean up after yourself. The establishment is decorated uniquely and is quite small on the inside. You can tell this place would be a favorite among locals. Unfortunately the food was below par. The presentation is completely missing the mark here, as you will see in the pictures. And honestly the food just didn’t leave any kind of impression. How the lasagna was presented really finalized my review. With that being said, I would not return to this establishment at this location."

"This is the WORST Chick-fil-A EVER!!! Apparently asking for extra ice in your UNSWEETENED Ice Tea gets barely any ice, a cup thats not even ¾ of the way filled whats in the cup is SWEETENED Tea....despite the kid taking my order, repeating it back having it correct on my receipt! At the window I asked for more ice was told by the guy at the window that "I 'd need to go back through the line..at 12:15p a drive thru with waiting cars lined up outside of their parking lot! Completely unacceptable!"

"The Connected restaurant experience completely lives up to its name! I took myself on a date here and it was quite romantic, delicious and divine. It even warmed my heart to see couples leaving with smiles on their faces. The environment was light, warm and quite lovely. They played Frank Sinatra and the staff is so kind! I got so many compliments from the staff and owner! I was even gifted a rose at the end of my amazing spaghetti dinner. I completely adored the vibe! I even left with the biggest smile, happy heart and felt more connected to myself after this experience. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity I had to experience this restaurant!"

"I would normally give 5 out of 5 stars for everything. I ate at Rizzi's last Saturday (1/27/24) and was disappointed for the first time. I have eaten here many times and love the place, the food, the atmosphere. It's great. I usually order the Osso Bucco because it is literally the best........falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. I had been craving it for over 6 months and finally went to have what I had been craving. This time the Osso Bucco was not falling off the bone. A knife and fork were both needed to eat it. Usually a fork will suffice. In hind sight I should have sent it back. My fault. The risotto was delicious. I did mention it to my waitress afterwards. Apparently she didn't mention it to any manager as I was surprised that no one came by to offer an apology. She didn't seem fazed by it. In fact she was incredibly overtaxed that evening with her tables. I've done the work and can certainly understand this, but anytime I had any negative feedback about anything, I would run it by a manager or owner to allow them to do some micromanaging of the problem. I will definitely go back. I'm going to guess this was a one-time thing and that the dish just hadn't been cooked slowly to get it to that melt in your mouth stage. Again, it was my fault for not sending it back or asking for another option. It's a shame when you consider the cost of the dish.....again, which I'm not complaining about. It's worth every penny when it's done right. Amended review: As you can see below, Bekim (one of the owners) reached out to me and invited me up to the restaurant to enjoy the Osso Bucco on him. I went up on Saturday night (after Valentines Wednesday) and it was already packed by 5-ish. I touched base with Bekim and went to the bar for a drink. When a chair opened up I grabbed it and decided to just eat at the bar. Alex, the bartender, made me feel special and gave me plenty of attention (although she was this way with all the guests). The Osso Bucco was delicious and cooked very well. I had a couple glasses of the featured wine and enjoyed them immensely. As I said in my original review, I would never think of not coming back to this establishment as it's always been a hit except for that one time. I commend Bekim for inviting me up to make sure I came away with a more positive experience and it definitely lived up to that. Thanks Bekim for a lovely meal."

"We were here today at 530. Our waitress was fantastic, she was very polite and was very fast. I had the special, my wife had Mac and cheese with a salad and my daughter had the flat bread cheese pizza. Our food was spectacular and the bill was not high at all. I strongly recommend to stop in you will not be disappointed"
