"my friend and I chose this place for our first jubilee. she is a big sushi fan and I am not so that the ability to have helped some other decisions on the menu really. we both enjoyed our meal (I had bibimbap) and that was excellent. I thought the prizes were fair and she said that the sushi was good (contained some other reviews.) although she said I like supermarket sushi also if she 're a sushi snob, take it for what it is worth.) I thought the ambiente was nice and we were the only table for the beginning of our meal. some of the services seemed a little scattered. the person who served us finally turned off and then we got our jack for one because not, but we were not in a hurry so it was not important. I felt a little lost in the menu (I never really had Korean food outside the Korean BBQ hands) so some experience or research could be good before. Nevertheless, I thought that everything was super tasty and I was very happy with the experience. I want to go back!"

The hostess and waitress were unprofessional. We could hear them shouting at the kitchen staff.

Came here on a date and we ordered the Chef’s choice sushi deluxe platter. The platter was huge and we got to try what felt like everything on the menu. Had a great time, the service was very fast, and would definitely go back.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. Drinks for the four of us didn’t come out at the same time and the hot food came out well before (like 30 minutes) before the sushi which seemed weird. If they can get the service together it would be a great experience. Ver carta

The sushi at this restaurant is expertly prepared with a nice variety to choose from. Although the restaurant is small, it provides a comfortable dining experience. Additionally, they frequently showcase live music performances from talented local musicians. It is definitely a restaurant worth supporting.

Sushi was absolutely delicious! We also had the dumpling soups to start off. Other tables around us had ramen and some of the other food from the menu which also looked good. A friend told me that the service was slow, and it definitely was for us but when we went a server had just quit so they were down a set of hands. Sushi was amazing and definitely worth the long wait for our food.

My girlfriend and I chose this restaurant for our first anniversary. She loves sushi, but I'm not a fan, so I appreciated the variety of options on the menu. We both enjoyed our meals (I had bibimbap) and found the food to be excellent. The prices were reasonable and my girlfriend thought the sushi was good, despite some mixed reviews. The atmosphere was pleasant, although the service was a bit disorganized at times. Despite a few hiccups, we didn't mind the wait for our check as we weren't in a rush. I recommend doing some research on Korean cuisine beforehand if you're not familiar with it. Overall, we had a great experience and I look forward to returning in the future. Ver carta

This restaurant took over the old location of the Corner BYOB. It is tough because once you were a regular of the predecessor, when it was good, it will take time for you to step into the same place. That said, the food is definitely different and they do try to make good cocktails. The service needs a little work especially when the restaurants starts to fill up with customers around 7:00 pm on a Saturday night. Be patient. My suggestion is, get in early and try to leave before it gets crowded. Decent Korean/Japanese cuisine. If you have dietary restriction, i.e., no dairy or gluten free, great place. I will probably drop by again since it is in my neighborhood and a casual joint.

I was curious about this restaurant. There are a number of sushi bars around and I was wondering what would make it stand out. They did a good job with the space they have. Very nicely decorated. However, the space is small so the tables are quite crowded together. Making moving around tricky and you can easily hear the conversation of the table next to you. The night we were there service was slow, but the waitstaff nice. The menu has a wonderfully large array of options. The crab rangroon was excellent! As was the nigiri. Best nigiri I've had in Baltimore actually. The sushi rolls were okay, but nothing I'd recommend. Also worth mentioning the cocktails were well done. So all in all I'll g...

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
