Great food and atmosphere. The place is small and can be very tight with a crowd. There is an upstairs but there is no wait staff for up there. I recommend when visiting Jim Thorpe for the food and the brews.

Great decor, and excellent service. Wish the place was larger, only bar seating with a few wall and window tables. The food was good but the menu could be more diverse, most options were different variations of flatbread or tacos. Great original cocktailmenu.

Just happened to stop in here and it was so cool! The bar is decorated very well and the upstairs has an awesome game room. The drinks and food menu also had a lot of unique options (like watermelon tacos) that are absolutely delicious!! Super cool spot tostop in at. Ver carta

What a great bar. Quirky small-town bar. Not a ton of seating but fills up quickly. Really unique and different cocktail blends. All PA liquor. Decor is an industrial spooky. Just a great atmosphere. Would definitely return again and tell my friends. Whata great addition to the Jim Thorpe dinner options.

This place far exceeded our expectations. The drinks, wings, fish tacos and fries were all so good, but the Smash Burger is seriously the best burger I've ever had. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked.The downstairs bar doesn't have a ton of tables but the game room lounge upstairs is a great place to hang out. Would definitely come back here again if we're in the area again.

This is an incredible place in beautiful downtown Jim Thorpe. The many different tacos are mouth watering, and menu has other delights. Beer selection has many memorable craft beers. Service is friendly and attentive. Upstairs game room provides uniquevenue to hang out with friends for hours. Beautiful decor and very comfortable. We stopped by Notch Eight for lunch right when they opened at 1. Erin was our bartender/server and her service was phenomenal! It was pretty busy and she was by herself and she was attentive and quick to respond. All the beer was local and so good. I got the pork belly bahn mi sandwich and it was delicious. Overall amazing service, food, and beer! The atmosphere is chill too. I will definitely be back.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Notch Eight Craft House for lunch and some adult drinks. They offered an impressive variety of craft beers from across Pennsylvania on tap, along with a full bar featuring creative specialty cocktails. Our meals were fantastic—I enjoyed the shrimp tacos, and my girlfriend had the Cuban sandwich, both bursting with flavor. What stood out the most was the outstanding service. Each of the four bartenders checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Fantastic work, ladies! We really appreciated the attentive care.

Overall great food, great atmosphere, and great service. They had these super bastardized papas bravas made with fingerling potatoes and some kind of mayo mixed with barbecue sauce. Whatever they were they were delicious. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. The bartender made of great mocktails and only charged half price because they didn't contain any alcohol. We had this yummy deconstructed pizza plate with these hot honey marinated garlic cloves. It was yummy but they crammed the ricotta and sauce in the tiniest jar, and it was a small portion and very difficult to eat. The crostini was some of the best I've had. Now for the bad news.
