The service was a bit slow but the quality of the food more than made up for that.

1 hour wait after ordering. Eggs benedict was cold and egg over done, Burnt crust on Flatbread pizza. Poor service.

Nice atmosphere and staff. Wasn’t too much of fan of the chicken and waffles. Chicken was really over cooked, blackened burned almost. Waffles were good. Salmon was also okay. Homefries were okay

Perfectly cooked burger, attentive and friendly staff, delicious drinks.. Update on my review, still a 5 star restaurant 2 years later, the staff is always so nice and engaging and the food and drinks are still amazing, best restaurant New York

Fantastic experience for brunch. The chicken bbq flatbread was so tasty. The sausage biscuits and gravy…wow! So delicious! Clementine Cosmo was divine and our waiter, Mark, was seriously top notch!! Don't forget to order the truffle fries with aioli flight -Yum! We will be back. The 30 minute wait was with it! Ver carta

Cool interior design, lots of brass and copper. High ceilings and well lit compared to many places. Could use some soft objects to help with sound control with big crowdd. Menu has a good variety and some unique items that beg for a try. The Fitz speakeasy downstairs is an extra treat! Classy, comfortable, and really sets a vintage mood. Especially with a jazz trio playing in the main room.

Went in to order a takeout waited 15 minutes after another customer came in they came over and helped him another customer came in and went to the bar to pick up his“take-out after she helped the man it was my turn I was told sorry we not doing take-out today I’m sorry I really felt really Discriminated against smh…. I will not ever go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there

Went there for a family dinner on Saturday night. We'd made a reservation and had no wait. Our server was nice, but very disappointed in the evening. Long wait for entrees, which did not all come out at the same time and two were barely warm. One of the late entrees was definitely overcooked and we waited over 20 minutes for a drink that we ended up cancelling.
