"Unfortunately, the desserts, including my favorite carrot cake, had been unavailable for the past month. I ended up ordering chicken quesadillas, wings, and garlic broccoli, but had to wait 45 minutes for my food. Despite the delay, the food was as delicious as always and the portions were generous. Despite being understaffed, the service remained exceptional and extremely friendly. I recommend dining in on a slower day or placing a pickup order well in advance, especially for busy evenings like Saturdays. Overall, it took an hour from placing the order to receiving it, which was acceptable to me since I didn't have other plans. I want to thank the hardworking staff at the restaurant. If the owner or management sees this review, I suggest investing in additional staff to improve efficiency and prevent overworking the current team. The restaurant has great potential due to its popularity and high-quality food. For those with dietary restrictions, there are plenty of options available if you don't eat seafood."

"Sweet Lil Chicken Minis with Tots filled the void from a sole-shredding 12-hour Prime shift. I don't usually do breakfast but when I do, this is how I do. Is Chick-fil-A Unionized? Hope so, these young folks here could run a better government deserve *atleast $20/hr in this market. Always a pleasure ‍"

"We have been to other places where the staff rolls their eyes and isn’t very helpful or kind. My mom walks with a cane and is doing her best to pay and get her drink. At Panera, no one ever bats an eye at her pace. Her favorite places are Panera, Starbucks, and Outback, but Panera stands out for its exceptional patience and cheerful atmosphere. The manager even took the time to chat with her as we were leaving, mentioning how good the French onion soup is. She absolutely loves French onion soup! You all are doing such a fantastic job! I wish you would offer a senior special or an early bird special so everyone can take their time without feeling judged. Thank you for your wonderful service!"

"The manager was immaturly making a joke and laughing when I called in for my delivery order to tell them I 'm allergic to wheat. They told me that there is bread on the surface and that 's the surface where my gluten free sandwich would be made. I informed her I 'd lose consciousness if I consume any gluten filled bread. She said ok. Well I get my order and the sandwich that said no pickle clearly has pickle (picture included). The pecanberry salad is supposed to have grilled chicken. My order arrived. Pickles were in the tray with my no pickle sandwich. The pecanberry salad was missing the chicken. I tried to tell her every time she stated that my sandwich didn 't have pickles that indeed it had pickles. She just wasn 't open to hearing me. Every time I began to inform her she cut me off. The bag did not contain any napkins. I called back in and told the girl that the salad was missing the grilled chicken. The girl on the phone argued with me and told me it was added to the salad. I offered to send her a picture of the salad and she denied my offer. Her sas tone attitude tone copped an attitude and told me that they would just refund the order. I rebuttalled and asked if they would just bring some grilled chicken. With the sas attitude tone in her mouth, she stated, DIDN 'T I JUST SAY SHE IS GOING TO REFUND YOUR MONEY! Idk what her mother did or didn 't do raising her but my own kid sure would have been smacked across the face talking to an adult the way this girl was speaking to me. I make a 6 figure income. I wasn 't trying to get a free meal. I can afford food. I just wanted the meal correctly. That was an extremely rude experience with all three employees I spoke with at this location. I like the food when it is made correctly. Those disrespectful kids being disgusting humans are what ruined this location. As you can see.... no chicken on the salad and clearly visible pickles in the sandwich tray."

"However, we were shocked to find that there was only ONE server assigned to our group of 40. When the food finally arrived, our waitress had no assistance, and I ended up helping her distribute the meals. She even asked for my help with the drink orders. I have no idea where the management was, but the lack of support from the rest of the staff was disheartening. Our waitress was unfriendly, and it was obvious she was frustrated. She didn’t express any gratitude when I stepped in to help, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, only one of the three registers was staffed, leading to a long wait while the rest of the employees stood idly by. I was truly astonished by how poorly we were treated. When hosting a large party like ours, one would expect a bit more courtesy and thoughtfulness during such a significant celebration. We are paying customers, just like everyone else, and the added "take out" fee—a charge on top of the already included 20% gratuity—was baffling. While I understand the gratuity given the size of our party, I couldn’t fathom what the take out fee was for. I will not return to this restaurant, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others to highlight how certain guests are treated. This was not a welcoming environment at all."
