"Unfortunately, I am writing this review with a heavy heart as we were once frequent customers. We absolutely loved Jasmine’s, however over the past year and a half the service and quality of food has taken a steep decline two times in the past year. Most recently not only was our order incorrect, but our child’s esan noodle dish contained raw chicken. Though it is hard to see in the photo but the chicken had a slimy texture and was still pink in the middle! This was a takeout order, and we did not realize until we got home. Upon calling in to speak with the manager, he refused to refund the order and insisted that I drive all the way back to the restaurant to have them remake it. That was only the beginning. He proceeded to say that I was rude and that he was too busy to discuss this. This is the last thing that I would expect from someone working in a hospitality industry speaking with someone that was just served raw food. Unfortunately, there are not many sushi places in Pickerington, but based on my experiences over the past year and a half I would definitely say that it’s worth the drive to explore other restaurants.
