"Wanted to love this little spot but just couldn’t. Nice atmosphere. Service is painfully slow and unfriendly, as they understaff. Had to ask for water 4 times which we never got. Had to go up to the kitchen window and ask for them to fix my meal. Got steak tips that were grey, precooked and tasted terrible. Went back up again to the kitchen to get salad dressing. Went back for the third time for napkins and overall, had really terrible service and no follow up. Won’t go back as it was very disappointing. "new hampshire visitor center and liquors always crack me. was pleasantly started from the common empire, the full benefits of the ski crowd head to 93. the deli was too crowded so that we had to go into the bakery and the coffee. freshly baked blueberry cakes and the best cedar donuts I have come through (a lot of apple picking experience)Common joe is my new favorite purchase. iced coffee had coffee iced cubes and a great roast. enjoyed it so much that we stopped on the same day on the way to south."

"Working at a nearby construction site. Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday a couple minutes actually before they were schedule to open for the day. They were awesome. They had pizza by the slice almost ready... 2 minutes and we were walking out the door with lunch headed back to the jobsite. Pizza was perfectly done. Just like my own local pizza joint you could tell they use good quality products. Def awesome people there. Didn't eat in but looks like they do have a great lounge atmosphere going on, say some dart boards and pool table. And of course they sell . I'll be back I'm sure. The construction site isn't going anywhere until we are done so..."

"After 5 years of being a loyal local customer, I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM OR SUPPORT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! I live literally less than 2 minuets around the corner of this store I will now drive go out of my way and go to the Epsom Subway about 10 min drive)... Went online to order as website says location is open until 9pm... Placed order paid for order online... watched update of order received, being built then ready for pick up... got there and CLOSED!!! REALLY!?!?! Observed employee inside cleaning knocked on door BUT WAS IGNORED!!! An off-duty employee coincidently pulled up in her car while still waiting for inside employee to acknowledge me and she said they were closed that our order was voided and we'd get a refund... "On the second day, I waited again at the second window, and after 10 minutes with no response, I honked my horn. Still, no one came to the window, so I had to back up and tell the same lady that I had been waiting for too long for my bagel. She glanced at her phone before acknowledging me and mentioned that they must have forgotten while three other employees were chatting at the counter. By the time we finally received the bagel, my child's ice in her drink had completely melted, and the bagel was so cold that she didn't even want to eat it. This experience has made me think twice about ever returning to this Dunkin' again, which is part of the reason I haven’t been back in over 10 years! I would rate customer service a -100."
