great place to meet with friends

The short guy who is the owner needs to get his priorities in check. Rude, sarcastic, and a bit of a bigot. I didn't feel welcomed there at all.

The drinks at Chill are reasonably priced, and they have a pool table for some fun. The bartender is very friendly. Don’t forget to ask about the food! Ver carta

Despite the good advice from a couple of friends, unfortunately my experience was really bad.At the end of night, some kind of manager and another staff guy (the xenophobic one) were very rude to ask us to leave the place. To be rude with another man, I can with that, but to be rude with girls, it's not ok.Even when the girl bartender was super nice, I won't go back to this place. Never.

Bar One has quickly become my favorite spot. They offer a great variety of delicious food, reasonably priced drinks, and plenty of entertainment options to keep you engaged when your friends aren’t up to much—think TVs, a billiard table, and various games. The ambiance of the place, along with the warm hospitality of the staff, really enhances my visits. I enjoy the music scene; just note that you can’t request songs through an app. The crowd is always fun and welcoming, which adds to the overall vibe. The owner is very friendly and attentive, making everyone feel at home. I particularly love the outdoor seating during the warmer months, and the indoor seating is just as inviting.

Great low key place for when you want to hangout and have amazing food and great times. I came here for the first time, I spent my day snowboarding and all that adrenaline rush, got me so tired. I was really hungry and wanted to chill and have a drink. Pass by this place and stoped for food and a drink. My first time here the bartender and owner was able to sit us down and not only he gave us the best recommendations for drink but this guy gave us the menu by verbatim. The food was amazing! For just simple bar food. They put so much effort to there food and drinks. I recommend bacon cheeseburger and fries and a passion fruit with a shot of tequila. You won't be disappointed I promise! The owner then approached me and asked if everything was okay. I explained that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. He responded by telling me to relax and insisted it had only been four minutes. He then accused me of being rude and told me to leave the bar. As a gentleman of Hispanic/Latino background, I felt that I was racially profiled by Chuck and his staff. I hold a BA from NYU and run businesses, and I would never treat a customer in such a manner. It’s disheartening to witness racism so close to home. Hudson County is a melting pot, and everyone deserves respect. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of racial issues associated with this bar.

Came here to meet up with a few friends. Was told capacity was 45 and had to wait for people to leave. We waited about 20min until the owner came out and said hi to someone. The person went down the stairs to the back entrance to the place and was allowed in even though they were at capacity . I suppose this happened a few times since I noticed the person end up inside after giving a What 's up to the owner. I decided to stand outside an count, which resulted in a count of exactly 48 people, excluding the kitchen and area directly behind the wall at the entrance (no windows or view unless you 're inside). So someone may want to tip off the NJDOH about the lack of integrity being upheld at Ba...

Chuck is the best. I was surprised when he told me he was the owner because he was serving our table and made sure everything was more than perfect. The food was delicious. He told me about a drink they have with tequila and passion fruit and I fell in love with it. It was super on point. And there’s buckets!! Pool table and you can even play beer pong. The best part was the jukebox you can pick a song from your phone. The service was great. The food was great. The drinks were great. Definitely coming back!! This is my new spot. Chuck was great I’ve been there before and nobody introduced themselves. Chuck has definitely made the difference. Can’t wait to go back! It’s social distanced. And... Ver carta
