"We had dinner at Otto's on The staff was very friendly. The owner did mention that he was short on staff, as we know so many places are. Alex our waiter was very busy but took time with our table of felt the service was fine. I had the most delicious Fig Martini ,which a previous customer had said was awesome and it was! We shared appetizers crab dip, bacon wrapped scallops ,oysters and duck wings all were yummy. My meal was the fire roasted double pork chop. I ordered it medium with a little pink in the center. It was perfect very tender and moist with so much flavor. My only remark was maybe a light sauce with it would have finished the plate. The other people at the table all had the baked stuffed haddock which they enjoyed. We will return! We actually drove from miles away just for dinner. We were not disappointed"

super nice place and people. not every dish is perfect every time, but they try really hard with the service and creative wall with the eating. a visit is worthwhile when they are in augusta, waterville or the region.

This was our first time at Otto's on the River and we found that this restaurant to be very good with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, food served was excellent in taste and presentable, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and not too loud. Excellent place to dine Ver carta

We had a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our server Alex was very attentive and the food was delicious, hot upon arrival. The staff all worked like a team which is great because it wasn't entirely up to our designated server to try to meet all our needs. I definitely will be going there again

Looked like a nice place. Menu looked great. Food looked good. Unfortunately, we waited minutes to get seated and then minutes to get greeted. The limited and clearly overworked staff didn't want to make eye contact. We didnt have time to stay. It looked good enough to try another time. I will update my review after next time
