I'm really enjoying the restaurant's revival. They have the best selection of food in town, with plenty of seasonal options. The ginger bisque they currently offer is outstanding, along with everything else I’ve tried so far. The portion sizes are generous, though I doubt anyone would mind if they were reduced by about 10 to 20%. It's also nice that they provide take-home options. Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.

Owl and Elm remains an absolute gem, a place we look forward to visiting all year long. The caring, friendly, and welcoming staff, the amazing selections on their menu, and great offers on tap with great people, great food, and great beer, you can't go wrong. The environment is always so welcoming and inviting, whether it is a warm summer day (like it was this week), or a bitterly cold winter night (like it has most other times we've visited), there is never a bad time to dine at Owl and Elm. Really, stop reading this and go dine there! We can't wait to visit again and look forward to our next visit!

The duck burger was delicious and quite unique, although the bun ended up soggy, especially after the over-easy egg soaked into it. The fries were absolutely delightful and crispy! I ordered a drink, but since they were running low on that particular batch-made cocktail, they kindly gave me the remaining bit for free. I was surprised to learn that a $15 cocktail was batch-made, but I suppose that’s common for smaller bars and restaurants. Keep in mind that the noise level can get quite high during peak times, like Friday night dinners, which might not be ideal for anyone who has hearing difficulties.
