Pacific Rim - Carta

This is the place to attend when you are craving steak. I love their customer service all the time and their food is amazing.

Went here for a birthday celebration, me and my uncle shared a plate of stir fry and became ill. I don’t recommend the low quality food to anyone. Service was good.

Ordered salmon and it was so old it absolutely stank. Didn’t bother to eat much or that from fear of getting sick and the shrimp were also clearly not fresh and undercooked. Veggies were ok, crab Rangoon sauce had a huge long hair in it, sorry but I can’t believe this place has any good reviews.

Food was mediocre I got the filet mignon and there was a toothpick in it and I couldn't see it, also I had to send it back because it was overcooked, and after sending it back it came back still not how I ordered it, drink was only refilled once, sweet tea was good. It was way too expensive for that experience. Ver carta

Ordered a shrimp/ pasta dinner,almost finished eating, and got a big piece of wire in my mouth !!!! Reported this to owner, his only comment was oh yea, I think I know where that came from !?;!, Later....When I cashed out,the cashier got me 1 drink comps, off my tab !!comp'd me pat of the.tab !!! On other visits, dinners have come out, NOT as ordered to prole i was with ! !!!!

The food was terrible, but the drinks were fantastic. We sent our stir fry back, and when the sushi arrived, it was just as disappointing. Overall, it was a very unfortunate experience. The manager mistakenly approached the wrong table to offer a refund, when it was actually us who had complained about the food. They did remove the stir fry from our bill, but we still ended up paying $80 and didn’t eat any of the food. It was really disappointing.

When our food finally arrived, the server accidentally dropped two plates, shattering them on the floor and causing food to fly everywhere, including onto our legs. We only received two of our four meals, as the rest ended up on the floor. Immediately, we requested to-go containers for what we did get and prepared to leave. When the check arrived, we didn’t hesitate to leave this dreadful experience behind. We will never return and certainly cannot recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we'll be sure to warn everyone we know to stay away. Ver carta
