Palace Pizza More - Carta

The food is delicious, but it's always cold when I receive my delivery from any Palace location. They might want to consider using a delivery service if they can't get hot food to my house within 10 minutes.

Was told they cannot pre pay pickup orders even though I told him we do it frequently. How the heck do they process pre pay delivery orders over the phone then? The manager couldn't even be bothered to help when asked. They just lost a loyalcustomer.

Food was great! Since most the others have shutdown, bout one of the only places to get a Roast Beef grinder. It was amazing, made quickly (did an online order), and was exactly how I ordered it. Price wasn't to bad. I would recommend and order from here again. Haven't had their pizza yet.

This was the most Disgusting thing ever ?I ordered today and when I was eating my pizza I found black hair stuck in the cheese and crust.An was waited a whole hour ?and when I called the store they didn?t answer even though they had 10 mins till closing an I have had already paid and was waiting on my order worst experience ever ?????

The online hours indicate they close at 11, but when I called at 9:25, I was told they actually close at 10. I also found out that they only offer pickup and pizza, which was disappointing because I wanted to order a sub. It seems odd that they can't prepare a sub faster than a pizza, especially being half an hour from closing. This approach could definitely cost them business! Ver carta

I ordered a steak and cheese bomb that was delicious. And I also added a mushroom with extra sauce pizza that had no sauce on it. I called and the lady literally argued with me that she made the pizza and had extra sauce. I told her I got a pizza from there a few days ago and noticed that it had small sauce and this pizza had absolutely no sauce more than the last I just got. She continued to argue with me. I'll never eat here again because of the staff they hire.

I paid for my order w/ my debit card .. Took 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my food after the person answering the phone took my phone number down incorrectly and floor number ... So , apparently the driver came to the house and called the incorrect number and the person that answered the phone said they didn't order obviously . So , they brought my food back and mind you I had already called during the delivery after 1.5 hours on a SUNDAY inquiring about my food and was told it was on the way... I tried to keep a look out from the 3rd floor but I didn't see anyone... The person that answered my call never thought to look at their caller ID and figure it out...????? They let the food sit.
