Food was really really good, a lot better then I?ve had at any other panda in Salem in awhile. Props to the cook/cooks who were cooking tonight! It was delicious!!

The sweet and sour chicken is pretty good. If you're looking for fast food, this will do the trick. Although it doesn't quite compare to Yum Yums, it does satisfy your cravings. That said, the menu choices are a bit limited. Ver carta

Overall, the food is quite good. Our recommendation for having a great meal here is to dine during regular hours. While it does get busier then, we've found that the quality of the food improves. At least, that has been our experience! Just a thought!

The food was great, how ever the Customer service was less that par. The lady Sarah who assisted (i say that term very Loosely) had a bad attitudes and clearly hates her job. Not going back to the west salem location until she 's let go or getsbetter training.

Had the honey walnut shrimp! So yummy!! Hot. You could definitely tell it was fresh and hadn't been sitting a long time under the warming lights. The cashier was super sweet, too. I only had 10 dollars to spend and even though my order was 10 and some cents, she made up the rest! Customer Service was tip top!! Ver carta

I recently ordered orange chicken and chow mein noodles, but I was disappointed to find several pieces of raw chicken in my dish. I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to tell if chicken is fully cooked, but it’s essential for a restaurant to prioritize food safety before serving their customers. Nobody wants to risk salmonella, food poisoning, or any kind of illness.

Well here we all are, with the same complaints on repeat. Nothings changed. Waited 20 minutes for one of the three entrees on the plate via drive through. Had to eventually go inside to ask for my food. They had substituted the one item with double of an item already available and then just let me sit for 20 minutes until I came and asked for it. They don?t care, management doesn?t care and corporate will never read these reviews. The money is going to have to do the talking. I?ll save mine for somewhere else. The list continues to shrink. No accountability in sight.

Avoid this location. Terrible. I?ve gone here several times and the service is really bad. Not listening and seem extremely put out by having to work there apparently. Today was final straw. The girl was was in full conversation with another employee about non work related stuff. I asked 4 times for no sauce on my teriyaki chicken and she still put it on there. I asked for a new portion and she played like it was my fault and then told me I?d need to wait for new chicken to be cooked. I walked out. They aren?t short staffed like most places.
