Food was pretty good, only issue was that it arrived cold however outside of that, we enjoyed everything

My son really enjoys the rice at this restaurant. It was hot and fresh, just like always. The wait time was not too long either.

I am a full bred Asian boy and they do a mighty fine job of fulfilling my needs to rat Asian foods I love orange chicken so much its better than dog and cats Ver carta

it's a cold, loud box. the location is an echo chamber with cold air, which also radiates from the ventilation openings in winter. eating is good (it is Chinese American eating) and most of the workers are good. it's just not a welcoming place to eat

it is sad if they work very hard for their money, especially being a health worker and they get to eat their family for a bite and want to try a new place. that was terrible. only a few decisions. eating had no taste and could not chew the food. I'm so disappointed.

Very disappointed! We came around 6pm more than half of the dish are empty. We asked them if they will be cooking some more since it’s still early the girl said they won’t be cooking anymore that’s all they have. We go out of our way to get food from this place coz Panda Express has been our favorite we’re always satisfied with what we get. But this store is a no no! I am too generous to give them a 1 star. Lazy staff and do not listen to them when they abandon their order. abandoned at 12, 1 hour after the opening and no serviettes in the donator, had to wait for some. . they also think in winter they would not pump hot air cold thru ventilation. when I got 1/3 thru my food, it was freezing. I will not be back and spread the word, hope they have not my experience. oh also got angus accused and when I started eating, got 4 small pieces meat, the rest was veggies.

The experience at this restaurant was okay, but I wish I had gone to a more authentic Chinese place. The server was pushy and spoke too quickly, making it difficult to understand him with his mask on. I informed him it was my first time and asked for a moment to decide, but he continued to rush me. The entrees mainly consisted of vegetables with little meat, and the noodles were thin and dry, reminiscent of angel hair pasta without any butter. The portion size was generous, enough for two meals, and all for under $10. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't a great experience either.

We have been to this restaurant twice around 7:30pm, which is 1.5 hours before closing time, only to discover that a majority of the menu items were unavailable because "the kitchen had closed for the night". We make a special effort to come to this Panda location because our kids love it, but I ended up choosing options that I didn't really want to eat. As we sat there, we noticed many other customers coming in and feeling just as disappointed as we were, with some even leaving without ordering. It was clear that the staff was more focused on closing up and leaving early on a Friday night. By 8pm, an employee even locked the door to prevent any more customers from coming in.
