Panera Bread - Carta

As usual they were out of some ingrediant in a sandwhich, this time the roasted turkey! So they put on regular turkey and charged the same. They have been getting lighter and lighter onbthe meet they put on and this was no exception. Should of just called it a bread sandwhich not a roasted turkey and avocado

Stopped by this place for lunch since I was visiting the area on a day trip. Should?ve kept going because I placed my order and specifically ordered a tuna sandwich without tomato. I was called to pick up the order and there was a big slice of tomato inthe middle of the sandwich. The bread was so tough I could hardly chew it. The potato chips were stale. The only good part ofthe meal was the soda and how can you mess that up?????

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery, and despite leaving a generous tip, the sandwich was made with subpar avocado, so I had to remove it. Additionally, my coffee never arrived. It took 40 minutes to get the coffee resolved. Instead of a refund, they credited my account, which meant I had to pay an extra dollar to have it delivered. While a dollar isn’t a huge amount, it’s frustrating after spending nearly $30 on my meal.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee for delivery and even tipped well but they made the sandwich with rotten avocado so I had to take it off and my coffee never showed up. It took 40 minutes just to have the coffee re delivered. They gave me storecredit for it instead of a refund so in order to redeliver it I had to pay a dollar more even after the store credit to get itdelivered. A dollar isn?t a huge deal but it?s annoying after paying almost 30 dollars for a meal

I used to like the food, but it has really gone down hill. The last two times I ordered from them in person, they were out of ingredients and asked me if it was okay. No, it's not okay and I am really sick of people saying it's because of supply chain. That is border lining on an excuse to not purchase what they need. I also purchased a fruit ring pizza and it was so stale I just threw it away. It should have been half price, but it wasn't. That was it for me, I won't go back. Ver carta

The cashier forgot to change the type of bread I requested for my sandwich. However, the line cooks were very accommodating and friendly about making the switch. Unfortunately, the large cups didn't have lids that fit properly. After trying three lids with another customer, I asked the staff about it. They were aware of the issue but didn’t have a workable solution. On a positive note, the sandwich and soup were good! The bathroom was satisfactory, though there were no towels. A kind employee who was in there with me found some and helped me out by tearing off a piece.

I ordered coffee, a bagel, and two eggs with bacon, something I’ve had before without any issues. However, this time there was a problem: I was charged for an egg sandwich without bread, and I received only a hard-cooked egg and two small pieces of bacon. The coffee (light roast) was lukewarm, and I was only given half a cup before it ran out; the coffee was refilled after a ten-minute wait. The bagel was good, but at over $13, this breakfast was quite disappointing. I suspect these issues stem from nationwide supply problems and workforce shortage...
