I really like this location. The staff was pretty helpful with picking a meal. I had the new spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good. I'll be back.

I did my order kios and picked everything. They had my notes and everything but looks like they prepare orders the way they want it. I wasted my time and my money.

Each time I go here I've noticed the staff at this location always informs you if you have an offer on your rewards to use so that you don't lose out whether it's a free bagel the $1 discount or anything else. Ver carta

I give Panera 5 stars! The food was fantastic, and the customer service was even better. A special thank you to the kind lady who gave my son a cookie—it's people like you who make these places thrive. Keep up the great work!

The restaurant charges NYC/San Francisco prices for a tea spoon of meat on the sandwich, making it worse than Chipotle in terms of price to portion size. The sandwiches are small and expensive, with orders frequently being mixed up. The sandwiches often come out with missing ingredients and lacking in proper filling. It is surprising that Panera is still in business, considering the high prices and lack of quality. Customers often pay extra for additional items and still do not receive them. The soup portions are also disappointing. Overall, it would be better to visit a diner or deli for a better dining experience.

Decided to give it ago . After a long break . My $15.50 barbeque grilled chicken salad was like half size of a wendys . My lol 9$ bowl of chilli looks like its in a good humor ice cream cup 'minus the wooden spoon. Looks like a vegetable minestorne with nothing but broth and like 10 beans . Pretty sad that wendys you get more and has taste . Wendys is half the price . I dont see how their around still . What soup in a loaf of bread is healthy . Tuna salad floating in mayo . I am so disgusted . I didnt even mention my kids grilled cheese . Had 1 slice the size of a piece on a cheese platter . Again i guess the aura of this place . Ver carta

I love paneras french onion soup, but the last 4 or 5 times I've ordered food from there they forgot the cheese and croutons for it so it ends up just being an expensive bowl of onion broth. Almost every time my family orders from there they forget someones sandwich or give us something other than what we ordered. Be warned, if you are ordering food from here and plan to take it home to eat you need to physically take every item out of the bag and unwrap every sandwich to inspect everything while you are still in the restaurant unless you feel like having to drive back there to fix your order while the rest of your food gets cold at home. This place seems to suffer from extreme incompetence...

Charge NYC/San Francisco prices for a tea spoon of meat on the sandwich. This place is worse than chipotle with price to proration size. Sandwiches are kindergarten size at premium prices. This location constantly screws up orders. Sandwiches come out the opposite of what you order. Add the stuff that should be omitted and leave out the stuff that should be on the sandwich. I don’t know how Panera is still in business even years ago forget about now with inflation. I would love to see this company boycotted. Get more food at a upscale NYC restaurant for the same price. I believe there's an issue at this location. The Hicksville branch seems to operate much more professionally. Are all the branches franchised or company-operated? Every time I visit the East Meadow location, there's a line because they either have only one cashier or none at all! The cashier is juggling their duties, handling both customer transactions and preparing take-out orders. Even if I place an online order for pick-up, I still have to wait in line when I go inside. If I order drinks online, the cups aren’t ready either. This has been the situation for over five months now, and it's extremely disappointing.
