Papa Dan's Pizza & Pasta

Papa Dan's pizza and pasta is the best in the desert. We had the beef jagna and salad! The food was fantastic and I recommend it to come here!! Please ask for Gus! He will go beyond and beyond to make sure you care well!! Come and see yourself! Thank you.

We won a gift certificate from playing trivia so decided to check this lovely restaurant out. Our food was simply divine. I had three Papa Dan special and my husband had pasta puttanesca. We both loved our food. The staff was attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back

We decided to split lasagna and had very garlicky oil based dip for our bread. That was good! We tried goat cheese/artichoke appetizer and it was rather good. It could have more texture rather than finely blended. Meatballs was a good filler after we split. This was a busy place so good business! Ver carta

Great staff. Tasty pizza and wings. Topping are so fresh!! Homemade ranch is sooooo good. The only reason not 5 stars is because the tiny 9$ dessert hate to even mention but love desserts especially Italian ones. The desserts are out Of this works. But get two to share ! At least for takeaway Thank you

This is one of our favorite pizza places when we are staying for 2 weeks at the Westin Rancho Mirage every March. Nice Italian Cuisine atmosphere. Tables are close. Outdoor seating available. Nice starter of warm bread, fresh garlic olive oil. We had the thin crust Sausage, Onion Pepper with was perfect. Friendly service.

Delicious goodness wrapped up in a comfortable and friendly environment. A local favorite, family friendly. Great house wine . Only thing is, I don’t recommend ordering a salad at the end of the day, it’s probably not going to be the freshest. A few other things we appreciated: the servers and staff were exceptionally friendly, there was outdoor seating available, and we didn't have to wait long for a table. They warmed the bread and served it with fresh minced garlic (which we absolutely love) and, of course, butter. We also ordered a Caesar salad and they thoughtfully provided chilled plates so we could all share without needing to ask.

Very busy takeout service meant pizza orders were delayed by 45 minutes. Not really a problem for us but something to be aware of when visiting. We ordered Fred ravioli, a large antipasti salad, Tuscan chicken pasta and chicken parm. We took half of that home with us, the portions are big. The service from our waiter was excellent, drinks were kept topped up and we were looked after. This is good hearty Italian American faire and it's good but it isn't something you're going to rave about to friends and family. It's a good option for an evening and you'll enjoy your stay.

We couldn 't be more disgusted with this 'restaurant '. They wouldn 't honor a discount we were supposed to get since we 're staying at the Wesin Mission Hills Resort. For the price, you 'd think you 'd be getting top notch pizza and it was disgusting! We got 2 medium pizzas, a large salad, a liter of pop and delivery and the bill was over $100! We literally ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away! The chicken on one of the pizzas looked gray and tasted nasty. THEN! one of the pizzas was supposed to be a specialty Hawaiian pizza and it was straight up Canadian Bacon-that 's it! I called and they said I should receive credit for that pizza within a few days. It 's been 11 days and still nothing.... Ver carta
