I finally got through then spoke to the managerwho is incredibly rude and explained to him what was going on and his only explanation was that all it was ordered throughDoorDash so it takes them a while give us a call if it doesn?t arrive within the next 30 minutes. I had already waited over anhour at this point and his best suggestion was just for me to wait nearly 2 hours for some sorry a Pizza. I will never orderfrom them. Completely unprofessional and ineffective. It?s like the little rascals manage the place. Do not order from here!"

My husband and I placed an order for pizza at 11:10 PM, but it was canceled at 11:45 PM without any courtesy call. We were hungry, and had we known, we would have chosen a different place to eat. At least Domino's provides courtesy calls for cancellations.

We placed a delivery order at 8 PM on a Saturday, and it arrived within an hour. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't meet our expectations, leaving us disappointed. However, Matt, the general manager, went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and because of that, I would definitely order from this location again.

I received the wrong order at Papa John's Pizza, but Matt, the store manager, truly exceeded my expectations! He personally delivered my cheese sticks along with complimentary drinks, canceled my original order, and even offered a credit! I can't thank you enough! This is definitely the best location! Thank you for everything you do for your customers, Matt—your efforts really don't go unnoticed!

Worst service ever. Came in to place an order around 11 pm when the store closes at 12 am and was refused service from the two guys behind the counter saying that carryout ended 2 hours prior. I ended up going to domino's down the street and was able toorder. If your store is going to be open until midnight allow carryout like other places are doing instead. Might as well beclosed if you are refusing carryout before you are even closed. Go to Domino's instead for better service and avoid this place.Would give a 0 rating if possible. Ver carta
